I know this is like, really late, but Deo-N is still legal:

I entered a Groudon, Arceus, Reshiram, Deo-N, Lugia, and Kyurem-W (ignore arc) team to test which ones of the last ban wave were left unbanned, and it appears that Deo-N slipped through somehow. The Immortal
