Is it possible for me, as an inactive ref, to ref IAR's BSC run?

I need the UC and am unlikely to fall victim to procrastination this time.

IAR EDIT: I guess you can referee but I would also rather you get a hold of dogfish or something to get the all clear.

Okay Tortferngatr you can ref my TLR on the account that you do not "procrastinate" or take unacceptably long times to referee (A week will be considered such for objectivity purposes). That leaves no challenges in queue unless Tort wants to change his mind.
