Even though it is not clearly said, when countering SR should always be taken into account just because of how common they are. I have to agree with Rowan here even if is not stated in the OP

Rocks not being up is heavily implied in the OP, due to the ban of Focus Sash mons. Since rocks break pretty much any sash except Abra the fact that it explicitly states that sash isn't allowed suggests to me that rocks aren't to be considered.

Also, if we retroactively account for rocks, at least three counters don't work. I also feel like adding SR to this is kind of unfair, since it means that it's not encouraged to use a rock weak Pokemon over something else, despite the fact that if you're using something like Larvesta in a real game you'd probably have hazard control anyways.

Just my two cents.

My personal feeling on this one is that if rocks were considered, sash wouldn't need to be banned, so by excluding it there forms an argument for no rocks.

I also agree with this. The possibility of crippling many Pokemon as effective counters doesn't make the most sense to me.
 
Does this really matter? I obviously just made a mistake and Drowzee should have had an even HP number. Just continue from Merritt's Honedge that counters the set I meant to have.

rocks aren't taken into account, its a vaccuum, this has been discussed before but I guess it needs to be explicitly written in the OP for people to get..

Hint, that's why Focus Sash is banned. If rocks were up always then it wouldn't matter if a Pokemon had a focus sash.
