a fairy JALMONT is the obvious target for Shane to watch because he's in the PoE we know he doesn't have a night action, which therefore means Shane would've watched him instead of tracked him

Shane idling is genuinely suspicious now that bluedoom has pointed it out

like you either kill the watcher, you kill the greencheck, or you kill the doc i feel like
if i am a wolf, roles cease to really matter that much because town would (assumedly) have no info role left and we're basically just using them to play sudoku
if celever is a wolf, there's some expectation right now that he's going to be a doctor on me (the only info role that can watch/track other people) and he can't exactly ever die, so there's kind of a bind where the wolves wouldn't be able to kill me

sure, they can kill tommy, but it's not as if jalmont has significantly higher chances of being lynched in this game than tommy based on thread consensus (at least i gather) so it's really just a choice of who the wolves think is more dangerous to them while alive

but, yes, it is weird that our powerful roles aren't dying.

fwiw I think it is highly unlikely that we're in a world where both Shane and Flanders are town

because then that means that the entire scumteam parked their vote on genisu...that can't be. Right????
Or you think neon is mafia. I don't think that neon is mafia.

the second-most obvious conclusion is we're both town and scum are keeping us alive and continuing to push the thunderdome narrative because it's kind of a free win in MYLO
of course, that's possible, but in that situation we're in an overwhelmingly good spot here. i am certainly not going to push for you to be voted off today, since if you actually are the doc that would be a very catastrophic mechanical event for the village, but on my mind the most obvious conclusion is that you have to be a wolf due to all of this happening

we'll see

joey IIRC your last reads list had a lot of the game as scum. How has Laurel’s flip changed that? If you still scumread lots of people, has it made some higher priority for you than others?

This was my "scum potential" list last time:
> I think I have to lean scum because I lean Celever town but I have to read back exactly why people say it's 50/50: Shane
> Could be scum (ordered by scum-likelihood): Laurel, Hydro, bluedoom, a fairy
> Scum imo: Flandrs

Having poked a bit more at the Celever/Shane thing I haven't been given any info that makes it look like a 1v1 to me so I don't think there's anything scummy about Shane anymore.

I still think Flandrs is easily the most scummy person alive, I just don't think he's done anything good for the town and has nearly always been on the wrong side of the opinions. His vote on Laurel really doesn't change anything as you guys have already discussed

Hydro hasn't changed, at all. Haven't seen anything from him that I would call townie so I guess this is POE if I'm using the mafia term correctly

I'm still tinfoiling (another mafia term look at me) bluedoom I guess, I still think his target choices have been weird and I also think it's weird that he gave up and idled it last night? I feel like there's no reason for him not to try and create a chat just in case it ends up doing something, there's not really any potential harm of it. Especially when we have confirmed townies like Tommy and JALMONT I feel like at least trying to neighborize them would've been a better play

a fairy I'm not really scumreading at the moment. I'm moving towards townread but I'm not 100% sure I'm there yet, but if Flandrs is scum I do not think the potential wagons from yesterday were s/s/s. And I think out of the wagons fairy is the most likely town one

i don't understand how someone who's "in the PoE" is an obvious watch target

i didn't even know if jalmont was in the poe or not though, people are telling me he was town cored now, i wasn't reading enough yesterday to actually figure that out, i assumed there'd always be some wifom around his slot because of joey's mechanical info

Having said this I haven't put any thought into his last night actions yet as I see we are discussing that now

Like I have 14-ish sheets now in total, so searching through them for a given player's presence can be a bit of a pain, especially when people make joke reads towards players not in said game. (particularly notable with fairy and/or Psy, as they both are legitimately present in several sheets and are prominent enough that they are sometimes referenced in games they aren't in)
Though, to get around it, I have started to just slap zero-width spaces in the middle of the names in said reads so they don't come up when I search my sheets for, say, 'fairy'.
I also sometimes use zero-width spaces to get around conditional formatting without having to go into it and make another clause for the formatting along the lines of "If B205 isn't empty, color it lime green" and then drag said clause above whichever others may be applicable to said cell.
This isn't even exactly why I made the

.
I just made it 'cause I was bored.

I have no idea what this means
I use it to break up the words that trigger the conditional formatting.

For instance, if I wanted to say "scum for not being town", the word 'town' (green) is higher in the conditional formatting than the word 'scum' (red), and 'not' (yellow) is higher than both of them, so I'd use zero-width spaces to effectively make the text "scum for n ot being to wn" so that it's colored red.

And, since I'm using zero-width spaces in the real thing instead of the normal spaces used for this example, it doesn't look weird.

This is getting weird. I've been tinfoiling a genisu - bluedoom - JALMONT scum trio dynamic for a while for various reasons, but the JALMONT segment was always the weakest bc you didn't have a readlist yet. Now you do, and you have townread bluedoom and genisu. Genisu TRed you and bluedoom, and bluedoom TRed (or TLed I guess who cares) you and genisu. It's also worth noting that Bluedoom didn't bother explaining genisu much, and left himself an out to change his mind on you later. Similarly, genisu didn't give any reasoning for listing you and bluedoom as his ONLY townreads, and now you gloss over bluedoom (seemingly wanting it to go unnoticed compared to other reads) and use the LHF explanation I basically handed you to justify genisu. It could just be a legitimate towncore forming between you three because you trust each other, but I heavily doubt that since both you and bluedoom have made a point of warning against forming solid D1 "towncores", plus bluedoom also hedged his TR on you. That leaves two options: a cosmic coincidence (which I heavily doubt), or a scumteam subtly covering for each other while focusing more posts and words on flashier issues like the pulsar and laurel incidents.
Now that 2 of those have flipped town, Flandrs looks pretty damn scummy for this.
