if a poke has pkrs and is holding the power item.....and is vsing a 3ev poke, how many battles does it need to get to 252 in that ev count..(i dont realy know what the power items do..)

Would this be an interesting warstory? Yes or no? It went like this. it was on Wifi, me vs Duesnoir. She was a good player, but lacked a good water resist. Here's how it went:
She leads with Gengar, and I lead with Porygon2. After dancing around between Spiritomb and Porygon2, Spiritomb gets Hypnosised and Porygon2 gets killed.
I thought I was screwed and doomed to a Gengar sweep, but I stopped it by crippling Celebi in an effort to kill it. Then there were some switching wars, I got up a quick layer of Toxic Spikes and lost a few more pokemon.
Eventually, I got Crawdaunt into her Cress, who only had Psychic and Ice Beam to attack with. I pummeled Duesnoir's team with Waterfall, hitting Skarm twice, Dusknoir once, and Blissey once, until Reflect ruined all of my fun. I hit Cress a few more times, but sandstorm was killing me.
I got in Spiritomb again, and Pain Splitted, leaving Cress at low HP. Expecting a switch, I pain splitted again and got Tyranitar. Tyranitar switched to Blissey and I taunted it, and got Crawdaunt in again for a finshing sweep. I managed to hit Dusknoir on the switch in and KOed it. Skarm was sent in, and I attacked again, but Duesnoir sacrificed Cress. Then it's Crawdaunt vs Bliss, but the little bit of Toxic damage prevented Blissey from Softboiled stalling me. Duesnoir sacrificed Blissey and got in Tyranitar.
Tyranitar finished off my 5 HP Crawdaunt, and I got in Lucario and Vacuum Waved for the KO. It was an excellent match. It ended 2-0. Crawdaunt killed Skarmory, Blissey, Dusknoir and Cressilia. It was amazing.
If it sounds like it'd be neat to read, I'll write it up ASAP.

I've read that the wi-fi hack filter does indeed only let movie Darkrais through. They seem to be keen on keeping the event Pokemon under wraps, only allowing ones they've actually released.
No, the second one just lands the initial weak hit and that's it.
Is it worth putting ev's in HP and special defense for Ninetales and making a defensive set?
nope. you can't get multiple manaphy eggs off a given ranger cart.
Depends on your morals. If you don't feel right doing it, don't. It's your game, and your choice what you do with it.

When using Icicle Spear with a Pokemon holding King's Rock, is the chance of flinch greater than with a normal attack? (I.E. Do multi-hit attacks with King's Rock increase the flinch rate from the number of hits?)
Make the best damned Beauty Poffins/Pokeblocks/fill in the blanks you can and feed it to the Feebas, saving before you try. If not high enough to evolve after a Rare Candy, make 'em better.
