Dont be scared to name names I can list off the natdex accolades of any of these managers and tell you how they've earned their spot, especially in regards to the qualities you've listed that make a good manager.

Theres not a pair on this list that doesnt have exemplary ammounts of both.

Shiesty Shell Smashers already have solid draft plans that have been in the works but if you are big name button clicker, has 7 SPL trophies, won OLT when natdex was current gen, feel free to dm with any of:

- list of good buttons you have clicked
- list of agency shitmons you've won tour games with
- ammount of shamone you have on scale from 1-255
- 1000 word essay on why natdex is superior to current gen
- proof you never lose kingambit sucker punch 50/50s
- proof you have better than average hax
- proof you have plot armor in tours
 
The Weaviles will not be doing outright tryouts however we welcome your resume on the condition you follow these steps very carefully:
-You must DM Sealoo on Discord your resume and 100+ replays, each in individual messages so he opens his phone to 100+ pings.
-You must share your last.fm weekly or monthly chart to judge if you are compatible. If you do not have a lastfm, your Spotify "top tracks this month" will suffice.
-*OPTIONAL* You may increase your odds of being drafted by pinging Sealoo multiple times in the National Dex Discord, in different channels every time.

jokes aisde (if you do all these you get bonus points though), message sealoo (@ sealoo) or myself (@ kdca) on cord with some replays, accomplishments, whatever you think is important info. we 100% won't respond but we 100% will read it and give everyone a fair chance, so if you think you deserve a shot dm us



also since auctions can get hectic and unpredictable i just want to briefly shoutout Velcroc, they were a weavile helper last year and went above and beyond the helper role in activity, prep, testing and should be 100% considered in draft plans (if they aren't already) as they deserve a slot

Will not elaborate who we are looking for in players skill/knowledge-wise aside from preferring people who can build independently. If you are willing to do more than just play your games (supporting teammates, being available for test games, providing constructive feedback, etc) then we will also try to keep you in mind.


I will prob rate some of the lower tier pools when it gets closer to auction time

One can argue about the weightage of said qualities, but everyone agrees that these are what every manager should have at the bare minimum. If you sign up to manage, it means that you back yourself in both these departments. Its then the host's job to use their best judgement to pick the best out of the bunch, for the overall health and success of the tournament. That does not seem to be the case here.

One look at the manager pairs, and anyone that has been keeping up with ndpl in recent times will tell you that something is off.

Phoenix wont be doing tryouts, but u can send a pm to adem if you're interested in playing for the phoenix
on a more serious note if y'all want to try out just send a pm based of that template to either me (@draboloss) or chris (toyosatomimi_no_miko.)
