NOC Low Power Mafia -- Mafia Win

I've just been losing interest in mafia lately. The last few games have been really frustrating. My performance in competitive games over the past year or so has been disappointing. You asked me how I feel about mafia and honestly that is kind of where I'm at.
I don't really care that much about this game at the moment. I may invest a bit more after the DM qualifier game ends and the election is over. But I do think I still have some pretty good reads (I will say I probably have the best reads in the lobby on players such as AP, Flandrs, pulsar, and Lechen) despite my low effort and I will try to make those public when it suits me to. I am still waiting to see how some behaviors change / don't change.
Grammar, spelling things out, and some elaboration in the previous post would have made it a LOT easier for me to understand that something was being said at all.
I'll try my best to not confuse you sorry.

Hey man, sorry to hear that you don't like mafia nowadays. This game does get pretty defeating sometimes especially when nobody listens to you, or when you try to read an unreadable person and they turn out to be troll town/scum getting away with disgusting behavior. All you can do is control your own actions though. Always room for improvement in one's own gameplay if you really dig deep and think about why certain things don't pan out the way you want
I come home from a far land, the land where only those who seek glory go. I come back to my home from the foreign lands of Mafia Universe. Coming back, I realize what I have left behind. I realize that it is my job to not misvote town. It is my job to not organize massclaims and discourage them until it is advantageous to do so. I realize that it is my job to make Smogon Town win.
Until I re-read the roles, I can agree on not massclaiming, but curiously, if we massclaimed, then if the mafia claims any power role, that's a 50-50 right there, and if they don't claim any powers, then it's a 1-in-3 of getting them.

DBD page 8-9 felt rough, I can't really disagree with anything they've said, because "performative" is subjective without deeper explanation, and "self-aware scum" is like... you could say that, yeah, but im not really convinced. everything else is either futher pressure on ck or filler

I think this is fine, was going bak and forth on if I really wanted answers on the af read, but for the most part, af has been promoting a lot of good discussion while dissuading "easy mafia pitfalls", so like, yeah, read's fine.

I NEED explanation on the flandrs read because it feels like it's half onto something because I agree with the vibe but I think those are the wrong words to describe why its towny.

didn't rub me the wrong way until the ck part, id have expected the read on ck to be walked back after someone said that ck played mafia on a diff site before this one, but maybe im thinking for people too much. Don't think this is good reasoning for a ck vote across the iso tbh.

I really likke this post, because I don't disagree with it either. I probably should read the actual games being referenced to see if either are making arguments on toothpicks, but both tone and reasoning p good!

I'm thinking of voting nightemerald here off of the post that he made in this page, I know the guy to be solvey and that post felt like a whole lot of nothing. there's a lot of fence sitting wrt the CK read and tbh idrc about the townreads on Lechen/skipperz, where is a counterwagon to that? Do you have an alternative vote to propose, NightEmerald ?
The other scumread that I have in mind based off of votals and general presence in the thread is Lechen; I know that the guy has been demotivated by rolling scum in forever in these mafia games, and I expected his presence to be much more. I'm not inspired by the CK vote(I haven't been getting any scum vibes from CK either) so it makes me wonder, did he just roll maf again?
Is there a reason why CK/skipperz/ag are wagons? Personally I would not vote skipperz here because I think he's miselim bait and his game is in line with what I've read of his town game in past games. In light of that I think I'm surprised to see M2H voting skipperz tbh? What are your reasons for that M2H ? I'm not able to place you cuz I was sure that you were gonna be excited to play but tbh I didn't expect some of your posts explaining your demotivation in the last two pages.
Personally I'm fine ignoring jalmont and neon until later phases.
