1) What is your favorite bird?

2) What your advise for exercising at the gym to jump higher so I can learn to dunk in basketball?

What are your thoughts about it looking back years later?
Would you still consider using Conk or Slowking against the right opponent in a tour?
And what is the most underrated pokemon in SM right now?

2) What your advise for exercising at the gym to jump higher so I can learn to dunk in basketball?
I can field this one since I’m also super into jump training, you want full-depth squats for general leg strength, an Olympic lift for power (like either hang cleans or power cleans), and a joint-angle specific lift for jumping (generally at ~60 degrees of knee flexion) such as half squats or trap bar deadlifts.

Obviously want to go heavy on these lifts and do them in the 3-6 rep range per set. On top of this you want calf and other accessory training, and then most importantly you want to add plyometrics.
