So sup? It's been a couple weeks since my last RMT, and since then, I have made a few teams, slightly improving with each one. I wanted to have my "perfect" team before having Brawl take away too much team for team-building, but I couldn't do it by myself. Since I ordered it online, I still have a couple days to reach perfection. I have played Brawl, and I will never have time for anything else, I can tell. Anyways whatever, this is my best team so far. I have been testing it on Jahoooom and it... just seems right. Very offensive but with 1 wall to stop the many threats that were beating it before. A couple use the element of surprise to shut down common opponents. As far as I have seen so far, it doesn't have any major weaknesses. I am very attached to most of my pokemon. Now, that's enough, here is my team:

------------------------------

PowaPlaya
The Infernape

LifeOrbSprite1.png

-------------------------------------
Infernape @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
~ Nasty Plot
~ Focus Blast
~ Hidden Power [Ice]
~ Fire Blast
_________________________________________________
Comments: Say what Mixfernape? In my opinion this >>>> Mixfernape because it can actually sweep. After a Nasty Plot, not much can wall this totally pwnage set. "But without close combat, you can't stop Blissey!!!1!1" No. Focus Blast will always OHKO that morbidly obese nurse along with most other special walls. At least I think with Timid. I might have to switch to Modest. Fire Blast can sometimes come close to one shotting Infernape's most common counter, Cresselia! Only has problems with Tentacruel and Gyarados really, also faster stuff that revenge kills, but I can switch. Hidden Power Ice nails the dragons that may switch in, especially Salamence. Max speed and special attack for obvious reasons. Now let's see how Plotfernape fares against the top 15 leads.

Gengar - Run to Blissey
Gyarados - Run to Starmie
Tyranitar - Nasty Plot the obvious switch
Bronzong - Fire Blast is a OHKO without a boost
Salamence - Hidden Power [Ice] it. Always OHKO's
Hippowdon - Not sure whether to set up a nasty plot and then OHKO with Fire Blast or just 2HKO with FB. Or just switch out.
Ninjask - Yeah I have nothing to stop it. Just attack it and only let it pass speed, nothing more. Hope it isn't a Baton pass chain because that would screw me over.
Yanmega - Fire Blast for the chance that they do not run Protect. If they run Protect, off to Blissey.
Weavile - Probably Nasty Plot if they switch. Maybe Focus Blast just to be safe.
Abomasnow - Yeah
Swampert - They usually suspect Grass Knot, so Nasty Plot on the switch.
Azelf - Switch the hell out.
Roserade - Meh. Fire Blast I guess.
Crobat - Bronzong can handle most sets.

Boom.
The Blissey
dpffsa242.png
Leftovers1.png

-------------------------------------
Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 20 HP/252 Def/236 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
~ Thunder Wave
~ Softboiled
~ Seismic Toss
~ Shadow Ball
_________________________________________________
Comments: Yeah just a standard Blissey, only with one big difference, Shadow Ball. Why Shadow Ball? I find Gengar and Azelf to be a much bigger threat than stuff like dragons that I actually need Blissey to stop. Thunder Wave helps my team a lot more than Toxic or Sleep ever could, as Machamp could wreak even more havoc. Softboiled instead of Wish because of moveslot syndrome and my team doesn't need the support that badly. Seismic Toss to help beat stuff down slowly.

Vampyre
The Gliscor
dpmfsa472.png
Leftovers1.png

-------------------------------------
Gliscor @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Atk
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
~ Earthquake
~ Aerial Ace
~ Roost
~ Taunt
_________________________________________________
Comments: Somewhat helps with my Lucario problem and fixes my Heracross weakness. Takes the same stuff as Dugtrio only it doesn't need a revenge kill to come in.

Star Yu Cwank dat Soulja Boi Lee
The Starmie
dpmfsa121.png
Leftovers1.png

-------------------------------------
Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 172 HP/216 Spd/120 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
~ Ice Beam
~ Thunderbolt
~ Surf
~ Recover
_________________________________________________
Comments: CounterStar. I don't Rapid Spin because I have no weaknesses to Stealth Rock and Machamp loves toxic spikes. Spikes don't exactly ruin me... I also needed something to stop Gyarados, Infernape and (somewhat) Garchomp. Bronzong helps with the land shark. Ev's are standard but I will probably make them more offensive to help me deal with RaikouLover's pisses me off Suicide Sweeper set. Switches in a ton.

WarLax Lmao
The Bronzong
dpmfa437.png
Leftovers1.png

-------------------------------------
Bronzong @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/152 Atk/8 Def/96 SDef
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
~ Stealth Rock
~ Hypnosis
~ Gyro Ball
~ Earthquake
_________________________________________________
Comments:This used to be a special attacking Metagross, until just the middle of making this RMT, when I realized my huge weakness to Dugtrio and Mammoswine. I went over a few alternatives but then I'd just gain more weaknesses, until I wanted to think of something funny, so I thought of Warlax which reminded me of Bronzong. Bell Toll lol. Yeah so this helps with my weakness to Dugtrio and Mammoswine, among some Garchomps. Hypnosis and Stealth Rock are also awesome. Supports the team. Standard spread because I'm terrible at tweaking, making my own. Now the heavy hitter of the team:

HooRa
The Machamp

Leftovers1.png

-------------------------------------
Machamp @ Leftovers
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
~ Rest
~ Ice Punch
~ Sleep Talk
~ Dynamic Punch

Comments: Replacing Choice Band Machamp. Walled by more shit but does more shit. Confusion forces switches and it has total staying power. Main Physical Power behind my team. Yeah.

Threat List
Tyranitar ~ Machamp is good. Gliscor does alright too.
Gyarados ~ Starmie is the best counter IMO
Infernape ~ Starmie can take it.
Azelf ~ Blissey walls and kills with Shadow Ball.
Electivire ~ Bronzong does a good job.
Heracross ~ Holy Hell. Yay Gliscor.
Salamence ~ Bronzong comes in first to determine the set. It takes physical varients. Blissey takes special. One Draco Meteor is used, Bronzong beats mixed.
Togekiss ~ Blissey Cripples so its not so big anymore.
Gengar ~ Nothing can. Blissey is the only thing in the game that comes close.
Garchomp ~ Starmie takes Swords Dancing sets. Bronzong takes choiced.
Lucario ~ Gliscor + Starmie together can take most Lucario sets.
Starmie ~ Blissey walls and kills with Shadow Ball.
Weavile ~ Bronzong owns. So does Infernape.
Dugtrio ~ Bronzong I guess.
PorygonZ ~ Blissey usually can. Isn't 2HKO'ed by +2 Tri-Attack. If I think Hyper Beam, in comes Bronzong.
Machamp ~ Gliscor can counter if it doesn't carry Ice Punch. And if it does, Starmie does alright
Snorlax ~ Machamp
Zapdos ~ Blissey
Suicune ~ Actually, I'm not weak. Starmie comes in, Thunderbolts until it Rests, and then Machamp can kill.
Breloom ~ I need someone to take sleep. Starmie usually can take it from then on if it lacks Sub and Seed Bomb together.
Ninjask ~ No Phazers so I make sure that it can only pass speed. Stealth Rock after the first few turns.
Metagross ~ Bronzong sure.
Heatran ~ Blissey
Celebi ~ If it lacks Psychic, Infernape. Blissey can outstall.
Jirachi ~ Bronzong
Dragonite ~ Bronzong
Mammoswine ~ Bronzong
Gallade ~ I don't have any experience countering Gallade because it is never seen, but I will have to use prediction. Starmie is usually my initial switch in.
Yanmega ~ Blissey
Kingdra ~ A Set-Up Kingdra screws me over
Roserade ~ Blissey
Scizor ~ Machamp can take.

So there you have it, please help. Instead of quoting and leaving tiny comments, just write you comments in a post. Thanks in advance ppl!

Try Psychic on Starmie. Based on your threat list, it can counter things better than Surf (except Mamoswine, Swampert & Heatran). Other than that, Ninjask & Mixed Set-up Kingdra really does screw you over. Don't worry about Porygon-Z, it's usually either ScarfZ or NastyZ (lol) but as I know, nobody did a Hyper Beam with either. But beware DDMence.
Also, hope your opponents don't do item clause including or not including Lefties (Choice Band). 4.5/5

How does Psychic counter better than Surf based on his threat list? Surf is stronger vs. Lucario, and he has Ice Beam for Breloom.

Yanmega can give this team a ton of trouble, considering Air Slash / Bug Buzz will OHKO the majority of your team (Bronzong is a 2-3HKO). Blissey can fall victim to Hypnosis. Something like Substitute / Hypnosis / Bug Buzz / Air Slash @ Leftovers can come in and have a lot of fun. I would suggest changing Machamp to a Sleep Talker, that way you can absorb the Hypnosis aimed at Blissey, and take Yanmega right out of the game (until Blissey goes down that is).

It looks like you've got quite a bit covered, it's a solid looking team.

Sorry... forgot Ice Beam is Super-effective on Breloom o_o;;. How is it stronger for Lucario when both of them are neutral damage? To clarify also, I also said he could just try it if it could work.
I take his point about Yanmega. Well, Blissey is good defence & Bronzong might pull off a Hypnosis if either the opponent's missed or decides to go directly offensive to take out Bronzong, then stroke it. That might work if it's not running a Sub.

Two questions before I go into what you might want to look into in fixing/changing the team:
1. Which Pokémon on your team seem like they are not contributing enough?
2. In your three losses, what caused them?

I'm no expert but knowing this will help me (and other much more experienced players than I) help think of what might boost the win percentage of the team even higher.

Yay so Sleep Talk over what on Machamp. All of the moves have come in handy. Probably Payback. And too the last poster, all of my pokemon play a huge role on the team except Infernape, who is still one of the top members. My three losses were cause by underprediction, overprediction and great opponent prediction. Once I am more used to the team, I hope that they will lessen.

I would actually use the ResTalk set from the Analysis. 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Speed, SpDef or Def, whatever you feel you want the most. Dynamich Punch / Ice Punch / Rest / Sleep Talk.

Sure I'll try it.

What do you think of using Gliscor over Dugtrio. Helps me kill all the pokemon I need it for and doesn't need a sacrifice to come in. It can Taunt, so that could help my Ninjask weakness, unless it has protect and sub which screws it over, so I may have to still only let is pass speed. I gtg now but I will run the tests later.

I dunno, I'm not sure your suicine coverage is sufficient. If it gets up a few calm minds, you are in major trouble. Worst still, thanks to pressure, your "counter" gets to dynamic punch only four times... :(

I really don't know what you could change... if you could Taunt it, Encore it, or even hit it harder with physical attacks, I would be convinced. However, I think it could sweep your team.

Oh right, the only reason I had it as a counter is that it used to be a Choice Band Machamp that had ThunderPunch as one of the moves. I'll fix that. So yeah, I'm Suicune weak... Anyone know what I should do...

did you just battle someone on shoddy named water44, and u lost right??

Sigh, another 24 hour bump. I need help dudes. Blissey is getting a little boring, maybe Snorlax instead. Is there a set which counters Suicune?

It's very, very unorthodox, but if you're looking to just counter Suicune, then a personalized CB lax could do the trick.
Careful 252 Sp.Def/252Atk
-ThunderPunch
-Self Destruct
-Pursuit
-Body Slam

It still sponges special hits, is an automatic gg to any gengar you switch it in on, and can decimate Suicune 1 on 1. not to mention choice banded, STAB self destruct is pretty impressive too. Just a thought, don't know how practical it would be or how dependent on your special wall you are.

Nah thanks. I'm testing a Resttalk, Body Slam, Pursuit set and its fine, I don't know if its better than Bliss though, needs more testing. And I realized I'm actually not Suicune weak.

Illegal set I'm afraid. Swap Pursuit for Crunch and you're back in business. I guess Snorlax's best shot at countering Suicune is by phazing him with Whirlwind or Yawn.

Your main worries here seem to be Gallade or Medicham. The CB variants can OHKO every single member of your team other than Bronzong who takes 74.26% - 87.28% from Gallade's CC and 77.51% - 91.12% from Medicham's HJK. I'm insulted that you listed Bronzong as your Gallade counter! You're just gonna need to outpredict these behemoths. Starmie is the safest initial switch as he resists their STABs and Ice Punch. However, if he takes a ThunderPunch/X-Scissor he's gone so Gliscor is your friend there. Or you could use Slowbro > Starmie as he can soak up a few hits but then you're losing too much overall speed IMO.

Oh crap, your right. The only Gallade I have seen so far with this team was a double statuser. I have no experience countering them. Ah damn, I guess I have a couple more weaknesses.
