Yeah, it is possible. I've made a backup of my Pearl, which I could transfer to my brother's flash card if I wanted to. I don't know if it's possible with a slot-1 flash card (does it reset/freeze the DS if you take it out?), but it can be done with a slot-2 flash card. I used a SuperCard slot 2 and a program called EEPinator to do it.
There is a program called SavSender that works with slot-1 flashcards. It sends saves via wi-fi to your PC. (Google it if you're curious about it)
Basically, nothing except maybe an amazing Entei. Perhaps something in UU is uncovered, but it would be very rare. I have an idea in my head of something, and I'll PM it to you if you promise not to take it.

Switching into stuff like fake out/flinch abusers such as togekiss, but its a very situational ability. Note that 'flinching' from getting hit during to use of focus punch does not count toward this.
If you switch-in on Fake Out, Rock Slide or Dark Pulse, you won't be flinched because your phase of the turn was switching in your Pokemon, not trying to attack. That means that you must take a turn getting hit by the Pokemon and then hope to be flinched. Like you said, it's very situational.
Lets say I was looking for a smeargle that knew grass knot or stealth rock, and its IVs/nature didn't matter. Where should I post a request for it?

That depends on the IVs, EVs, and nature, but in general the Hitmontops's Mach Punch is the stronger one.
Assuming both had a 31 IV in Attack, + Nature, 252 EVs. Basically Max attack.
Then Hitmontop's Mach Punch is stronger, due to Technician.
No, the closest thing is each Pokémon's Characteristc (Often Dozes Off, Strongly Defiant, etc.)
If I gave my Pokemon the power item for speed, and fought a zubat, and my pokemon had pokerus, Pokerus would double all of the ev's right? Which would make it 2(4+1)=10, right?

EDIT: Also, I've got a question. According to the NP guide for Pokémon XD, the Togepi you receive has not only Tri Attack, but also Helping Hand. Can anyone confirm or debunk this?
