Eh being nothing special, I usually just get one for the sake of collecting the Mighty Marks, but that's about it.Really wish they'd just do cross-game appearances given the Paradoxes aren't 1-and-done Mons anyway. As is, I'll probably get like 1 of each for a High IV specimen and then not bother much outside maybe someone announcing they found a Shiny to share around
My last minute prediction is that I feel like they're going to double down with Spirit Break/Moonblast for the mixed tera STAB check as the strongest thing it can do, and maybe go Aura Sphere over Close Combat though Kommo-o is precedent for the latter. Also I think it would be nice to have a boosting raid boss that can't be Contrary Skill Swapped for once but that's just me. I think the TM drop would be one of the boosts either way though.Iron Valiant has such a diverse movepool of options on both physical and special side that predicting its set is going to be very difficult. Electric Terrain as a scripted move would make sense but beyond that we could see almost anything.
I could see Gholdendo, Klefki or many of the Acid Spray using Poison types useful here but it all depends on the coverage moves. Psychic and Fire Punch could certainly be likely choices so that Poison and Steel types wouldn't be as safe as you might think.
Hm, was hoping that these would still be 5* raids so that they could be shiny. Well, at least with the rest of the paradoxes available I can try to get shiny iron treads, which I missed the first time around.
Good to see renewing NSO briefly came with good timing because now I can dread trying to get the Roaring Moon clear with randos before moving on to try getting shiny Scarlet Paradoxes of the 5* raids. Welp, I better get ready renewing my Beast/Dream Ball stashes for this.
Apparently these are all shiny locked for some reason.Really wish they'd just do cross-game appearances given the Paradoxes aren't 1-and-done Mons anyway. Apparently gamefreak may have also broke the raids in a way that you can't find the other version ones publicly??I expected the 7*s to be locked but the 5*s too when previous paradox raids didn't have this lock? Bruh
Also, made the mistake of trying iron val co-op and the thing will keep spamming Zen Headbutt if you want to use Poison-types to deal with stabs. Have fun with the flinching while I pray Tera Raid "Search" gives me a Roaring Moon to hop into
7 stars are always shiny locked, it's just part of how they work.Apparently these are all shiny locked for some reason.
I've noticed that too, been sitting here refreshingApparently gamefreak may have also broke the raids in a way that you can't find the other version ones publicly??

The 5 stars are too, which is abnormal and what the quotes were talking about.7 stars are always shiny locked, it's just part of how they work.
Apparently the raids also just don't let you join privately cross-versions either currently. What a mess.I've noticed that too, been sitting here refreshing![]()
Somehow they messed this part up too. If you catch one of the 7 stars then you're locked out of catching the other one even locally.(EDIT: It seems like you can do it locally though but not online.)

There is some doomposting about this actually being intentional, based on the wording of this event now specifically differing from the past paradox events in that it does NOT encourage you to join other game versions. Not good to hear about being unable to catch both. I was just about to try my hand at my own game's Roaring Moon but I guess I'll wait instead to see if GameFreak fixes the event soon.
During this event, other species of version-exclusive Paradox Pokémon will appear in 5-star Tera Raid Battles. These Paradox Pokémon will have various Tera Types, so prepare wisely before challenging them!
These Paradox Pokémon cannot normally be encountered in Paldea. The Walking Wake appearing during this event has Water as its Tera Type, and the Iron Leaves appearing during this event has Psychic as its Tera Type. Try joining Tera Raid Battles hosted by Trainers playing the other version of the game to help complete your Paradox Pokémon collection!
