In Emerald, after you beat the E4, your mom asks you what color the Lati was and it gets its info set.
Does the roaming Lati in Emerald have the same gimp cripple 0 IV glitch as it does in Ruby/Sapphire? I selected it to be Latias that's set to roam, because if I get a Gameshark later on, I can go to the Island and easily SR for Latios, whom I find infinitely better.
At the moment I'm SRing Kyogre. Can only one's cave be open at a time or does Groudon become available after Kyogre's capture?

Darkrai is, but I've never seen a Shaymin or Arceus. I'm guessing that the server rejects them until they're officially released.
The Emerald Lati do not have this glitch =]
Also, you can shift between Groudon and Kyogre availability if you talk to the scientist walk out the room and talk to him again.(You might have to do something else than walking out the room, it's been ages since I've been SR'ing those so I don't recall very wel.)
Everything still works, and will work too. Cloning is based on the programming in the game, Nintendo can't change it, so the glitch isnt fixable... The same about the 'self-trade'.
If I use these codes will people frown upon me?

what is pAC?
It stands for pika's Anti Cheat, it is an online application where you can submit your pkmn files (extracted from your save file for which you need an R4) and get them checked. It doesn't work with hatched pokemon or events, only wild pokemon like legends or chained shinies.

Nothing on that team can safely switch into weaville, anything that can't be one-shotted will be out-sped and two-shotted.
So it is Weavile weak and Garchomp weak.
I'd worry less about being weaville/garchomp weak and more about the team sucking in general and relying completely on hax items.
Is anyones shoddy working right now?
Yeah I know, but he likes to use his favorites for fun.
It's less about using his choice of pokes and more about their items being bad choices.
I know that, that's why I'm making some suggestions. I suggested a weather based team to get started.
Shoddy is always incredibly slow this time of day.
