Does Ditto pass on its' IVs to other pokemon because I've been breeding and
I just can't seem to get a 31 in the right stat even though it's the one I want it to be in? Anyone helps thanks:)
 
Is it easier to get a well IVed pokemon (easy to catch ones, like lvl2 Starly) by mass catching them in the wild with synchro, or by breeding them?
 
I mean for the sake that within the time it takes to hatch an egg, i can catch like over 10, maybe 20 of the same pokemon ( like lvl 17 ghastly with dusk ball at night) The IVs may be random, but the chances may not be lower than breeding.

I don't have an AR for the GBA yet but from what I've read you would need a program like Ciro's pokemon maker to generate the cheat codes for you to get the aurora ticket, it is supposed to be compatible with Action Replay and Gameshark so you could try both codes. I'm pretty sure what you have is a gameshark tough.
Sorry I can't provide you a link because I couldn't find one that works maybe you will have more luck than me (if you do find me send me a PM to download it too please).

Edit: if what you want are rebattle codes you could as well ask Davy because I know he has the rebattle code for Mew and maybe others.

Soft resetting.

You save in front of the legend, catch it, check the stats and nature, and if you don't like it, reset and try again.
 
I see moves like Stealth Rock, Grass Knot, etc. on many movesets...the problem is these TM's are 1-time only (such as getting them from gym leaders), that is you can only legitimately get them once in the whole game. So if you use them on a legendary or a female pokemon, tough luck essentially.

That being said, how do most people get more of these one-time only TM's? Hacking? Item Trading? Is it considered acceptable to use AR for the sole purpose of getting these TM's?
 
You actually put them on a Male. Male Pokemon can pass moves, including TMs. So you give a TM to a Male, then breed to get the TM on other Pokemon. Or, you could get it from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/Fire Red/Leaf Green, the GTS, or a friend.(Those are the legitimate ways)

The other way is to hack, or clone. But, nobody cares, because they're just TMs.
