Emerald tutor, and is not an Egg Move. If trying to take advantage of Technician, you'd need to breed a Meowth, clone it, transfer its clone over, see if it evolves into a Technician Persian. If it does, tutor the Meowth Swift, then transfer it over. That is, after breeding a Meowth with IVs to your suiting.

What can counter both celebi and heatran...
Is he using Hotmail? If so, try to get into contact with chaos and see if he can activate it. The same thing happened to me, as well.

I would say Ice Shard because it lets you hit faster opponents no matter what

Yes. But unlike stat ups, Magnet Rise ends when it's suppose to. (ie. 4turns or so.)
Question. How does Granbull learn Body Slam? It says he can on the anylisis as well on shoddy battle. But looking through Sererbii it says that he doesn't learn it in GCS and up. Can some one please clear this up for me.
He lears it as a tutor move in FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald...thats it.
He could somewhat try to fit Swampert's role as a Bulky Water...basically a tank / wall
