When Pokemon are left at the daycare center (breeding center) in Emerald to gain EXP, will a freshly hatched Pokemon (no ev's as of yet) gain ev's as it is gaining exp? Or will it just gain raw exp?

I'm pretty sure that it just gains the raw exp.

oh...for another question....I don't know if its in the wrong section but at least the first question is....so here goes...my DS doesnt read my AR when it's in my DS...So when I turn my DS (with the AR plugged in) it says that their's no card in the DS slot even though my game is in the AR...Can i fix that?

I can't speak for most, as I don't use the usual mediums others do, but yes, Photoshop and scanners are usually the trick.

taunting lum spiritomb does the trick to counter gengar and bronzong, well, at least bronzong can't do shit to it. gengar gets taunted and then pursuited. you also get the benefit of a sleep move or will-o-wisp

I'm not sure about counters to celebi and heatran.

Why does the strategy pokedex not even address the Mind Reader/Sheer Cold strategy for Articuno?

So, is a calm Articuno with Mind Reader, Sheer Cold, Ice Beam, and Roost or whatever other moves just a horrible strategy that is so bad it should never be spoken of?

If so, what is wrong with this strategy?
It seemed pretty good to me... at least worth mentioning at all...

Sorry abou the Lucario thing I wasn't thinking about stats . . . just moves available . . .

. . . .I think I might have a non-stupid answer to one of your questions though. What about Salamence as long as neither has HP Ice ( which might be a stretch ).

Salamence can either Hydro Pump or Earthquake Heatran and against Celebi he can unleash a Flamethrower for a 2HKO.
