and i like yours the best! rubiks cube deoxys - i wish i had thought of it! lorak's own shiny metagross is pretty sweet though :)

i realised earlier that the whole second last page of my trade thread has lorak's art all over it....... lol :)
 
I'm going to be skipping Ursaring for a bit; I've had a Registeel I've been meaning to do since the Ruby salvage of that really cool Adamant one I transferred to Emerald, loaded with BF moves, cloned, transferred the clone to Pearl, and had hack-checked. Of course, even through the PID and such was legal, I consider the Registeel mostly legit, but can't prove its legitimacy 100%. I hope people don't mind it...

EDIT: Done with Registeel.

It was a pain in the bum to try and figure out a way to make it look like it was solving it quickly. I figured having it just finishing would be the best way.

The Metagross I have was just a recolor of Metal Force's request, that I decided to do after my shiny Beldum chaining / polluting / semi-failure.

You should see my trade thread. Aside from the biggies of the Wi-Fi forum, most posters there have one of my avs as well. xD

As mentioned with someone else... you do know you can right click the smaller picture, copy the location, and paste that in as your avatar, to preserve transparency, correct?

Would it be possible to draw a Politoed with a cup of coffee in its hands, jumping around? Like, with a few drops of coffee spilling out?

Perhaps, but not really feeling it. It's got a nice quirkiness to it, but... eh. Tired today.
 
Could you draw a metang who looks goofy/retarded? I like your style and hope you want to do this for me.

hope ursaring turns out as good as that registeel :) i'm drooling now........:nerd:
 
Yaaaaaaaaaaay. :D Someone complimented the Registeel that no one asked me to make.

I had a photo reference for this one, making it easier to get shading right on it. Yep, I bought a few mini-figurines at the NWS, including a Mew which will help me improve upon that picture greatly.

Not sure how well Ursaring will come out as a result, but I will try my hardest, as always.
 
I too liked the Registeel.

I couldn't quite put my finger on it before... but now that you mention it, your style does have kind of a toyish feel to it (Not a bad thing: Its not static or fake). Its just pure simple fun like toys should be.

Most non-detailed (plastic) toys are usually done in flat colors, and are representational, rather than being exquisitely-detailed collector's models.

And yay, pure fun. :D Always something I like my work to be compared to.
 
If you could do my favorite pokemon ( snover or in fact... a shiny snover D: ) that would be awesome. What's really sad is that I've spent over 6 hours and still haven't gotten a shiny snover yet...

6 hours is nothing in poor visibility circumstances. :|

Well, it is a good percent, but still... at least it isn't a swarm Pokemon and you at least could do it at any time! D:

I think it's doable.
