When sunny day is up for solar beam, or hail for blizzard, or rain dance for thunder, do those attacks have a chance to break protect/detect?

Also, does sunny beam take 3 turns in SS?

And, is sunny beam weaker in all other weather forms?

May be an obvious answer to this but........
Why does it say in the analysis that Manectric needs 30 iv's in defense, even in its spec form?
 
If an opponent is paralyzed under Trick Room, assuming they're slower than the opponent after the cut in speed caused by Paralysis, will they move first?

Yes, I've seen it mentioned in movesets. (Unless Smogon's wrong)

Edit: Thunder and Blizzard have a 30% chance to break through Protect and Detect in their respective weather conditions. I think it's a glitch.

maybe, seems like too much of a coincidences to be a glitch

Question: how much does the item metronome raise consecutive attacks?
 
That's how they work, similar to No guard Dynamic Punch, or No Guard Stone Edge.

I was thinking that. I tried using the old Analysis Index thread that mekkah made back when smogon wasn't up and only the forum. IT said thread invalid or something. They must have taken it off. Wierd thing is it was working a few seconds before that post.
 
I've been looking for some alternate spreads/sets to the standard Mild Dragonite in the current analysis. Does anyone know of any other sets for a Mild Dragonite? Thanks in advance.
 
Can anybody give me the names of some defensively-sound Mean-Look Passers? If there are any. Actually, any LookPassers'll be nice.
 
Since Arceus is currently banned from the Ubers metagame because of unavailability, does that technically prohibit Smeargle from using Judgement in regular matches?

It means it has a 31 IV in Attack, Sp. Def, Speed, and HP.

It depends where you're playing. I think that on Smogon, Judgement would be allowed, because you can Metronome Judgement.
