No, if all you have is one copy of G/S/C, then you can't evolve Haunter/Machoke/Kadabra and Graveler.
As well as Scizor, Kingdra and all those guys. The in game trades are permanent.

If Evasion Clause is selected on Shoddy, does Acupressure still have a chance of boosting evasion, or does it just 'fail' or boost another stat?
 
Does Sheer Cold fail on ice types

I've been looking on the battle tower thread, and it seems that most people are haxed by OHKO moves. Gengar is immune to all but sheer cold. So all I need to know is whether an ice type is immune to sheer cold.
 
Well there is a rebattle code for Heatran as well as for all the other legendary pokes. I can't link you to it, but type it into google and you should find it eventually.

Edit: Actually it's 134, but who's counting right?
 
Emerald breeding is the easiest because of the very bad random number generator. So it is a lot easier to get good IVs in Emerald than it is in other games.

Minna does mean "Everyone" or "Everybody"

but I kinda dont now what the second word means =(
