Did you breed the Starmie? Can you narrow down the IV's? I'm wondering if it could be HP fight.

Currently I dont have starmie, I need to get more copies of him.

(I was an idiot and traded him, thus having no copies left)
 
That's not exactly what I asked though. And if you traded the last one away, how will you get more copies?
 
Luckily my cloner cloned a copy for herself, so im just going to get a few more of her.

I can narrow the Ivs down if I go to a level 100 single battle.
I didnt breed it, sorry.
 
Do you know who actually bred it or did you just get it from some random person online? Also, let me know when you get a copy of it back. I could do an IV battle to help you narrow it down.

I restarted my Fire Red just to SR the legends and this is the first finished product from that little project. It took me roughly two months to get this, and I couldn't be happier. The 23 in special attack may seem a bit discouraging, but it doesn't really make all that much of a difference offensively as even with the average IV it still reaches a whopping 375 special attack. With a +Spatk nature, the ideal Hidden Power, and platinum tutored Heatwave, this bird is quite an offensive force. I would also like to point out that none of the +Spatk natured Zapdos in the notable SR list have a perfect speed IV. That makes this bird pretty unique as it can actually hit 299 speed to tie with other base 100 pokemon like Salamence, Flygon, Charizard, Jirachi, and Celebi. Seriously, what more could you want in an offensive thunderbird?
 
I'm catching stuff at the safari right now. You mentioned the pursuit Ttar project. I think I will want one of those once you post it.
 
I'm still at the great marsh doing some safari hunting. I only have like 2 hours before my pokemon switch for the day, so I'm really trying to take advantage. Also, i wanna know the IVs of your Jirachis.
