Just a quick breeding question since Sceptile learns Leaf Storm as a Level-Up move if I breed a Female knowing Leaf Storm Sceptile with anything in the dragon/monster egg Group will the baby Treecko have it?

you need both parents to know the level up moves for the baby to have it.

I've seen several threads having info on a "Ditto Glitch" only working on Jap D/P that involves getting any moveset onto a Ditto, then using it in breeding for illegal egg move combinations.

Modest is generally better.
both of those HP types are used, depends if you need to cover Mence or Scizor. I've even seen HP grass, but I personally perfer HP iCE since Tbolt still hits scizor pretty well (definately use fire for a steel trapper set though)

Are you talking about Wifi trading?

If so, then yes, there are plenty. There are a couple of redistributable Smeargles that are only a couple off flawless, they are usually used for breeding though. There are a few redistributable Spiritombs as well.
