Can someone tell me if I'm missing anything else that I can say about these two Pokemon? This is my new format, is it good, am I missing something, or too big or something like that?:

Description: Fucking beast. It only took me 3 days of non-stop soft resetting to get this baby. Look at those IVs, this is an almost Quint-Flawless Event Pokemon we are talking about here. The only thing bad about this is obviously the attack, but just go with a pure special Dragonite, those IVs are begging you to. This Dragonite was given away at level 50 for the Showdown Tournaments which only allow level 50 and below Pokemon. Normally, Dragonair evolves into Dragonite at level 55, so this is a very special Dragonite indeed. No codes used whatsoever (besides cloning) because I got this Wonder Card directly from the event.

Description: Yep, that's right, I actually soft reseted another TRU Dragonite and got a Tri-Flawless Trick Room Mix Nite with 16+ Defenses, not bad eh? Ok, I know, Quiet nature is better for Trick Room, but TRU Dragonite only comes as Mild so yeah... Anyway, since my first Dragonite had a somewhat forgotten Attack Stat and I still had 2 more Wonder Cards left, I decided to soft reset for another Dragonite. Although this wasn't what I was originally aiming for, this is still a kick ass Dragonite and will be an awesome surprise in Showdown 2009. 100% Legit, no codes used whatsoever (besides cloning) because I got this Wonder Card directly from the event.

I personally think there's way too much info. You don't need extraneous stuff like pokemon number and typing because no one care about them anyways =P I think this will do.

isnt toxic orb better on swellow since flame orb cuts swellows attack in half?even thought toxic does more damage after 3 turns?

Guts causes the Burn's attack drop to be ignored, causing you to get the Guts boost instead. Regardless, I prefer Toxic Orb, since Swellow is more of a hit and run Pokemon, along with late game clean-up, and will usually not be in more than 3 or so turns at a time.

I know I am sort of idiot, but would you please tell me what PM is and how do you do it?

PM stands for private message. Click on a person's username above their avatar, and select "Send a private message". From there it's like sending an email.

Does the Soft restting numbers in the Look at my pokemon thread also apply to emerald as well?

No, emerald has a dodgy random number generator. See LoadingNow / BK's essay here. (I think it used to be on the site somewhere but I can't find it now)

I'm not a 100% on this but I'm pretty sure they're still activated.

Anyways, this probably isn't supposed to be posted here but I didn't know where else to post it:

Is Shoddy down right now or something because I can't seem to start the program (I've never had problems before) and I can't even get onto their website because the page won't load. Is this happening to anyone else? I would've asked this on the Shoddy website but like I said, I can't even get the page to load. >_>

Oh, and I've been trying since last night and still I can't connect and I get the "Network Timeout" screen when I try to go to the website. =/

Would it be worth it to put Roar on a Mamoswine? I'm a little concerned because my team doesn't have a Phazer. Donphan and Nidoqueen are the other two I'm considering for that slot on the Standard team, but I'm leaning toward Mamoswine the most.

Why not try it on Swampert or Zapdos?
It's just not really Mamoswine's thing to be a utility guy.

Swampert seems like a really attractive choice, but I'm concerned because Empoleon is already definitely a member of the team. Their weaknesses don't overlap, but would their moves? Empoleon is a Petaya Sweeper with Ice Beam.

Nah, they're serving different roles. To make a better suggestion, I'd need to see your entire team, but Swampert is the most attractive option for sure. Zapdos with roar is pretty rare so you could try that out for the surprise factor.

Well, the current team is Empoleon, Medicham, Bronzong, Spiritomb, Dragonite, and now Swampert. I checked the resistances and based on those alone it looks awesome, especially compared to how they looked when Mamoswine was going to be used.

What are "leftovers" and "life orb" numbers? My guess would be leftovers are numbers divisible by 16 evenly, but why does this matter if its a little higher?
And life orb, 1 under a number divisible by 10, so like 279, I would only lose 27 hp where at 280 I'd lose 28?

Life Orb numbers are usually pretty meaningless, don't worry about them unless you have a Pokémon at like 281 HP, then cut it to 279.

Leftovers numbers are numbers divisible by 16, plus one. On Pokémon with high HP, they're a slightly less arbitrary way to distribute HP and defenses. You shouldn't use Leftovers numbers on something you should be maxing HP on, though.

If you use Trick while holding no item, do you still take the opponent's item, or does the move fail?

There is still some discrepancy over this because Syberia posted a video where Trick still works in Platinum but when I personally tried it on D/P, it just said "it failed". So I think it only still works if you're using Platinum.

that doesn't make much sense
so if you are using trick and have no item against a platinum game it will fail
but if the guy with platinum uses it against the guy with d/p it does work?

Does Snatch steal moves like Dragon Dance and Swords Dance, or does it just steal the ones mentioned in the description? (Belly Drum & Defense Curl)
