If I were to adopt the following Trapinch:
M Adamant #328 Trapinch (AT): 28 / 31 / 31 / 29 / 31 / 5
to the Trick Room Revenge Trapper set, besides dealing with a blazingly fast 30 Speed stat instead of 22, how would I adjust the EVs for the lower HP, 252 Atk EVs assumed? Keep them in Sp.Def, or channel 12 more into HP?

The recommended EVs were designed to survive a Modest 252 Raikou's Hidden Power. To keep the ability to survive that with the above Trapinch, you'll actually need more SpD EVs. (More HP makes it worse.)

You'll need 28 HP / 228 SpD in order to survive a Modest Raikou's Hidden Power.

If the unban of a pokemon like the Lati twins make an established OU pokemon like Salamence a suspect - it may be surprising but the Eons would help Mence a lot into cleaning the field from most counters (i.e. steels) - what do we do?

Two questions

1) Will fainted pokemon still evolve at the end of battle if they've met the requirements?

2) Do abilities like Synchronize or Compoundeyes still work if your lead has said ability, but is fainted?

Can anyone help me?
What nature is the Pichu=>Raichu? Do you mind doing less damage by being mixed?

That being said, do not use the same EV mix. Note that Pikachu's Atk and Sp.Atk base stats are effectively 110 and 100 with the Light Orb, where Raichus are 90 in both.

I have a Naive, Hasty, Timid, Adamant, Modest. I believe that all I have. I haven't had time to check their IV's.

actually that's not how it works,

pikachus neutral nature 252 EV's attack with light ball is 2*219=438 about the same stat as a neutral 252 EV's base 170 pokemon

DOES having a pokemon that doesnt a probability in the Iv to PID table really hacked??

Cause ill be throwing these legit-looking Celebi's to the GTS..

awaiting ans...
Celebi does not follow any of the four PID/IV formulas X-Act's program uses. It may by chance conform, and it just as easily may not.

The first question I'm not sure about, but I will test it later tonight. As for the second question, yes, those abilities are still in effect even after the lead has fainted. Having a fainted, low level synchronizer like Ralts in the lead slot will raise the probability that wild pokemon you encounter will match its nature, which is common practice for chaining shinies.

The first thing to do is not to get carried away. It's unlikely that Salamence would become too overpowered, but should that become the case the community will resolve it through careful discussion (my, I'm feeling rather generous today!).

Okay, I'm confused with the Deoxys formes. The analysis has the formes designated A, D & S, which is atk, def & spe, but some RMT's I've seen has E & F designations...what are those?

They're the same Deoxys, just instead designated by the game (3rd gen) that the form appears in, as seen in Serebii's Pokedex here.

Deoxys-A = Deoxys-FR (FireRed)
Deoxys-D = Deoxys-LG (LeafGreen)
Deoxys-S = Deoxys-E (Emerald)

A, D & S are the official D/P designations, though (if Serebii is correct), so the other designations are kind of outdated.
