Yes, there is a way.
It involves training 4 EVs, putting your Pokemon in the PC, then repeating.
I am not too sure of the details, but I am completely sure you can.
 
LiontariAWF: The problem might be in the origin of your Ditto and/or Eevee. If it's from the 3rd generation games (RSEFRLE), or comes from a different language version of Pearl and Diamond (like it's a japanese Ditto/Eevee) the Everstone trick will not work. That, or you really have some bad luck, heh.

@AnimeAlex: No, it is not possible to EV train a level 100 pokemon because it does not gain experience. For that reason the box trick does not work in the 4th generation.

Zubat normally gives 1 EV, but Pokemon B's Pokerus will still net it two.

There probably will be, but we'll just have to wait and see. The likelyhood of an english guide will most likely increase when Platinum is released statewide.

I know Swarm attracts Bug type pokemon, and I've read that Storm Drain attracts Water type pokemon. Besides those two, I don't think there are anymore that affect typing.

Seems like it'd be:

HP Grass with modest: 31/02/31/31/30/31

HP Grass with timid: 31/02/31/31/30/31

HP Grass with Bold: 31/14/31/31/30/31

It doesn't have it for Calm natures, though.


Also, I have yet another question about the Lati twins: In Emerald, can the roaming Lati get good IV combinations? When are the IVs set exactly?
 
I need help with Weavile. Ice Punch, Ice Shard or both? Are Pursuit/Night Slash neccesery? What about moves such as Iron Tail and X-scissor?

With the abundance of Scizor around, there is no point in even bothering to set up a SD sweep as he can come in whenever and ohko you with bullet punch. Ice Shard is chosen over Ice Punch to kill +1 Speed Salamence, as it outspeeds and ohkos Weavile. Ice Punch was only really helpful to OHKO Yache Chomp back in the day. Night Slash and Pursuit for strong STAB and to deal with things like Latias, Gengar, Alakazam and Azelf. Brick Break to beat Tyranitar.

Hope that's along the lines of what you were looking for Spheal.

Are you sure I should simply go with Ice Shard/BB/Pursuit/Night Slash? I'm worried about the likes of Hippopowdon taking Ice SHards too easily...any damage canculations?
 
Forgive my stupidity, but what, exactly, are the advantages of running CSJirachi on suspect ladder as opposed to using something other than Scarf? Is it only to revenge kill Mence and screw up walls with trick?

One of the best things Jirachi got is Trick to disable walls, and Seren Grace, combined with 2 STAB 60% Flinch Rate moves is very good, Jirachi can counter a lot of leads effectively.

I assume thats why
