Can someone tell me how much the EV-reduce berries reduce?

It depends. Much more pokes get Stealth rock, so it isn't hard to fit it into your team, while there are very few viable spikers in the game.
Also, Spikes deals 25% to everything except flyers/levitators, so it is consistent, while SR hits everything, but depends on weakness to rock.
Also, Stealth rock just takes one turn of setup, while spikes takes 3.

It really depends on what kind of team you're building. Stealth rock is easy to setup and is learnt by a lot of pokemons, spikes fits well in a stall team and as Erazor said, a few pokemons learn it.
It's A Trap! is the once Scizor usually runs for Ubers though SD is just as potent and more easily walled.
Which Pokemon would be a better lead for setting up Sunny Day in UU, Mesprit or Uxie? (This is for Wi-fi)

Mesprit has access to Ice Beam which would help against Altaria (nothing on my team can really take it that well) whereas Uxie has greater defenses, higher speed and access to Yawn.

Bronzong might fit that bill quite nicely. Scarfed Jirachi also does a good job.
How many berries did you use? If you have over 100 EVs in a stat, a single berry will reduce it to exactly 100. 100 and below, each berry will remove 10 EVs for its respective stat, so you'd need 11 berries max.
I used 2 in every stat, the first always said "X Stat was lowered" and then the second said "X Stat won't go lower"
I only used this mewtwo to beat the E4 in Ruby, so it doesn't have a ton of EVs
Yes, if I recall correctly, when the move is a level-up move and both parents know it, also the baby will have the move as an egg move...
Smogon isn't really the place to ask questions about Shoddy Battle since Smogon isn't formally affiliated with it in anyway (it's open source). Avoid doing that in the future.
To answer your question though, no current Smogon administrators or programmers, mostly Doug who's busy enough as it is, have any intention of programming double battles nor do I know of anyone working on something like that independent of Smogon. But because it's open source, you never know, some random person might submit it to the repository one day lol.
