My Baby Team

This is my Little Cup Team. I hope to get expert advice from the great raters here at Smogon:

Cranidos@Focus Sash
Jolly Nature
212Spe/236Atk/62HP
Moves:
Rock Polish
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Zen Headbutt

My Antilead Sweeper. It Rock Polishes with ease, and after just one, it outspeeds all scarfers with 32 Speed to boast. With Mold Breaker, Levitaters like Gastly, Misdreavus, and Bronzor are no longer Problems. Most Physical walls are either 2KOed or OHKOed.

Croagunk@Life Orb
Rash Nature
108Atk/188SpA/196Spe
Moves:
Nasty Plot
Vacuum Wave
Dark Pulse
Sucker Punch

My Star Sweeper. He sets up with Nasty Plot, then sweeps with +2 Vacuum Wave. Dark Pulse is for coverage that's only resisted by opposing Croagunk. Sucker Punch is for Gastly and Abra, who'd otherwise revenge kill me. Rash is for more power behind Vacuum Wave. The EVs Max out attack and Speed, the rest are dumped into attack to boost Sucker Punch.

Machop@Toxic Orb
Adamant Nature
196HP/196Atk/118Def
Moves:
Close Combat
Ice Punch
Payback
Bullet Punch

My Guts Sweeper. When my speedy sweeper goes away, my bulky Machop comes in to play. With Toxic orb, I take less damage in the first three turns than Flame Orb, and I am Switching out a few times. Close Combat is for STAB, and Payback for almost Neutral Coverage. With Ice Punch to hit Gligar and Croagunk, I can truly have a bulky sweeper. Bullet Punch is for stuff like Gastly and Abra who always seem to ruin my fun.

Diglett@Choice Scarf
Adamant Nature
36HP/236Atk/236Spe
Moves:
Earthquake
Sucker Punch
Aerial Ace
Pursuit
My Revenge Killer. It comes in to scare off any threats to my team, like Abra, Gastly, and Misdreavus. I fail to see a better Revenge Killer than Diglett.

Nosepass@Oran Berry
Relaxed Nature
196HP/196Def/116SpD
Moves:
Power Gem
Thunder Wave
Stealth Rock
Explosion
Nosepass is a great pokemon with an even greater defensive potential. I prefer Power Gem to Stone Edge due to PP, accuracy, and just plain usefulness. TWave to cripple my opponents to aid machop and croagunk sweep. Stealth rock for it's usual merits. Explosion is for if I'm about to die to go out with a bang!

Mantyke@Oran Berry
Calm Nature
236HP/40Spatk/196SpD/36Spe
Moves:
Surf
Ice Beam
Hidden Power Grass
Protect
Mantyke sports one of the, if not the highest(haven't checked) Special Defence in Little Cup. Surf for obvious STAB, Ice Beam and HP Grass for that unresisted coverage. Other Mantykes wall this set, which is a shame, but this is one baby who is strong.

Well I can tell you that this team doesn't look like it is going to work very well. In "Baby", or Little Cup, since you are using lv 5 pokemon, almost every team consists of 6 choice scarfers. Things like Nasty Plot Croagunk will rarely have time to set up, so it is best you switch him for something better, like Choice Scarf Gastly, Houndoor, or Abra. Another problem with this team is the lack of speed, and for some reason the presence of "bulk". In Little Cup, walls or even tanks just don't work. Although Mantyke's 45 HP / 120 SpD may seem solid, it is still easily 2HKOed by Timid Abra's Psychic, Mild Houndoor's Dark Pulse, and many others. The need for a special tank isn't there.

As for Nosepass, 30 base HP is too low, even for babies, and the lack of his evolution's steel typing makes him fail. He is easily 2HKOed by Jolly Cranidos's Head Smash, eating 72.72%-86.36%. Adamant variants can do up to 95%. Jolly Cranidos's Stone Edge deals 50% on the money, so your berry will never activate.

Don't be deterred by my comments, as any boosting move in LC is lethal, it is just the rarity that you will pull it off that forces me to make note of it.

Either way, drop Nosepass and Mantyke for something more offensive.

Recommended edits are in BOLD

I don't see what Nosepass can do for you that other pokemon can't. I would recommend changing it to Bronzor.

Bronzor@ Oran Berry - Calm
220 HP/ 4 ATK/ 4 SPA/ 148 DEF/ 168 SPD

Stealth Rock
Psychic
Earthquake/ Light Screen
Flash Cannon/ Reflect

This will give you the bulky pokemon you want, but with better typing and stats.

Moving to "other teams". Also please expand most of your descriptions since they're quite lacking.

Um, what? You clearly do not know this metagame very well, since the Choice Scarf comment is blasphemy and neither Abra or Cranidos are as common as you would suggest.

Replace Nosepass with Bronzor, who harbors an Earthquake immune and the uncanny ability to stop Gliscor. Replace Cranidos with Meowth or Aipom, as priority is far to common for a 1 HP pokemon to survive.

Lead cranidos is fake out bait, put him somewhere else because meowth and aipom with ohko him after fake out. Also go with rain dance swift swim mantyke. You team is really Gligar weak so you may want to consider scarf Machop:
Machop @ choice scarf
no guard / jolly
36 hp / 196 atk / 36 def / 236 spe
- dynamic punch
- ice punch
- rock slide
- payback / bullet punch

You might want to take out one of your Pokemon that are weak against water. Even though you have croagunk and mantyke who won't care about them, whathappens if they die? Then you can get your team swept by, I don't know, swift swimmers? Therefore, you should take out nosepass and replace it with chinchou.

I haven't seen nosepass enough to know how well it does but it seems slow and probably just a wasted spot, munchlax makes good on any team, giving you bulk and a special wall. Paired with Gligar Munchlax gets the most use as they both resist each others main weakness, fighting and ice respectively. You could run a lead gligar to get rocks up, but try to keep him in the later game, maybe SR + U-turn. Also replace diglett with the Cranidos. Choice scarf machop will revenge kill.
