At a Glance: [GLANCE!! HAHAHA!]
Changes are in underline...ation? If whole pokemon is revamped only the species is underlined.
Matt the (Male) Empoleon @ Focus Sash *Torrent*
~Surf
~Aqua Jet
~Grass Knot
~Stealth Rock
Nature: Mild (-Defense, +Special Attack)
EVs: 252 Special Attack, 208 Speed, 48 SpD
Relevant Stats: 309 HP/ 208 Atk / 190 Def / 208 Spe / 353 SpA / 250 SpD
Comments: Move over, Infernape. Another antilead Sinnoh Starter! It's ironic how all of them have Stealth Rock, but I'm not complaining. I have borrowed this from the Creative Movesets thread. This is what another person has to say about it.
Set Info and Usage: Surf STABs and Water is really a nice lead type. Plus, 353 SpA and a guarantee to be able to use it only betters it. Grass Knot backs it up, defeating Swampert. Good ol' Stealth Rock is always nice. Focus Sash gurantees surviving an Earthquake, which I think is alot more useful than taking a Hypnosis - there has been a decline in it, and even when it's used it will miss a good 40% of the time. Also, it gives a boost in Surf thanks to Torrent, which helps to deter a faster lead. But the real beauty of this set is Aqua Jet: it beats Focus Sashers. Any Aerodactyl or Azelf goes DOWWWWN, although they might get Stealth Rock. However, I find that alive with no SR is better than otherwise, because then I still have my Focus Sash intact, get my OWN Stealth Rock, and then Aqua Jet or Surf. Mild Nature does not penalize Aqua Jet.
Speed hits 319 if tricked a Scarf.
*Matt is a reliable guy. So is Empoleon!
-----
Elena the (Female) Latias @ Choice Scarf *Levitate*
~Draco Meteor
~Surf
~Thunderbolt
~Trick
Nature: Timid (-Attack, +Speed)
EVs: 80 HP, 176 Speed, 252 Special Attack
Relevant Stats: 321 HP / x / 216 Defense / 495 Spe / 319 SpA / 296 SpD
Comments: Latias is my counter to 3 threats that can all boost their speed:
Salamence, Gyarados, and Heatran. Blissey does not completely wall this either.
Set Info and Usage: With Choice Scarf, Latias is going to outrun alot of things. Generally, I Draco Meteor stuff. After about 2 uses, it's quite easy to predict the opponent if they use the same Latias counters or dont have a team of 5 Latias checks and a lead. Thanks to Choice Scarf, it can outrun all of the mentioned pokemon and promptly OHKO them (barring Heatran but Heatran cannot do much back).
The EV's will outrun +Speed, 252 Salamence with one Speed boost. Special Attack is required for damage. 80 HP helps with the bulkiness. Trick helps beat Blissey and/or BP Teams if i catch them without a Substitute.
*Elena is the main character and Latias is my main girl.
-----
Bonnie the (Female) Gyarados @ Leftovers *Intimidate*
~Dragon Dance
~Rest
~Sleep Talk
~Waterfall
Nature: Impish (-Special Attack +Defense)
EVs:252 HP, 224 Defense, 32 Speed
Relevant Stats: 394 HP/ 286 Atk / 275 Def / 206 Spe / x / 236 SpD
Comments: Thanks to natural bulkiness and Intimidate, it can work as a Fighting-Type beater. Also, it beats non-SubSeed Breloom (which is ironic considering the type matchup).
Set Info and Usage: Simple, really. Resttalk things, Dragon Dance increases my chance at sweeping. Waterfall is pretty clear.
EVs maximize Defense and then a little Speed to outrun Base 90's with a neutral nature
*Bonnie's the (babyish) (low offense without a DD) redhead - but don't underestimate her.
-----
Damon the (Male) Breloom @ Toxic Orb *Poison Heal*
~Spore
~Substitute
~Focus Punch
~Leech Seed
Nature: Adamant (-Special Attack +Attack)
EVs: 172 HP / 204 Def / 132 Speed
Relevant Stats:304 HP / 325 Atk / 247 Def / 209 Spe / x / 156 SpD
Comments: Breloom may be cheap until the galaxy ends, but it IS good. Subseeder, I have found, gives enemies the most nightmares of any Breloom set.
Set Info and Usage: Breloom toys around with the enemy's walls, breaking up the team to the point where the sweepers have a world of freedom. Focus Punch deals hefty damage to anything, even with only +/40 EV's. Stealth Rock punishes those who rely on Flying types to handle Breloom, and Leech Seed provides some valuable healing to the team. While it usually means the enemy will switch out, it might let Scizor get some Pursuit or U-Turn damage. Substitute for the SubSeed synergy and Spore because it is simply Breloom's trump card.
Speed outruns the standard Breloom. Alot of defense to help beat Offensive Gyarados, and is better than HP because Leech Seed will heal more. Attack is not even nessescary, as Adamant/0 KO's Alakazam switching in to Stealth Rock (obviously you should have a Substitute up).
*Damon is irresistible but deadly. So is Breloom ^_^ <(^_^<)
-----
Stefan the Rotom-W @ Leftovers *Levitate*
~Hydro Pump
~Substitute
~Thunderbolt
~Will-O -Wisp
Nature: Timid (-Attack +Speed)
EVs: 252 HP / 216 Speed / 40 Special Defense
Relevant Stats: 304 HP / x / 250 Def / 288 Spe / 246 SpA / 260 SpD
Comment Sets: When you have but 2 team slots left, and you need a Bulky-Water assassin, a ghost, and a wildcard (which later became Breloom), you can mash the first two together to get Rotom-Appliance. All Rotom-Appliances can work, but Rotom-W, which beat Heatran, and Rotom-H, which beat Scizor and Lucario, got my special attention. I found a magnificent set at RaikouLover's house of Gimmicks, and so I tweaked it to my own needs.
Set Info and Usage: Rotom forms the backbone of my team with STAB Thunderbolt, some speedy burn support to maim (Electivire, who it lures, and) most physical attackers. It beats Heatran, who the burn lures, with a Hydro Pump that beats all but the bulkiest or Choice Scarfed Heatran (faster than non-CS 'Ran). Because Electric and Water is a decent attack type, resisted only by Grass types ( only Celebi and Breloom are common Grass types in OU, and the former fears Shadow Ball while the latter fears Will-O-Wisp, also cannot hurt me if Substitute is up ).
You can probably notice by looking at Relevant Stats that Speed surpasses everything else, which ranges in the 200's (not including HP). But if Speed is important enough to be so high with a positive nature, why not run 252? Well, because of Magic Numbers! It can cut down on 40 EV's, effectively 10 points, to still outrun Jolly / 252 +0 Gyarados, and swap them into Special Defense, using 10 stat points better. While 10 seems minor, it can turn a 3HKO into a 4HKO - amplified by the use of Leftovers.
Because of Rotom's high defenses, Will-O-Wisp, and low HP, maxing its HP EV's is a must on any defensively minded Rotom. While the 40 Special Defense EV's could easily be converted into Defense, my team is already more Defensively-minded, plus Rotom carries Will-O-Wisp.
-----
Klaus the (Male) Scizor @ Choice Band *Technician*
~Bullet Punch
~U-Turn
~Pursuit
~Brick Break
Nature: Adamant (-Special Attack +Attack)
EVs: 252 HP, 76 Attack, 176 Special Defense, 4 Speed
Relevant Stats: 344 HP / 346 Atk / 236 Def / 167 Spe / x / 240 SpD
Comments: I think SD is more deadly, but of course that's my opinion. But SD simply didn't fit in my team. The bulky offense tone screamed "Choice Band!"
Set Info and Usage: 591 Attack right off the bat has "U-Turn" plastered all over it as one of the main advantages over SD: You keep the boost when you use it. Also, I find myself spamming it until everything is low health because of the chance of Magnezone. Brick Break > Superpower because even though I will switch out anyway & it is stronger, Brick Break shatters screens. And I hate dual screens.
Sue me all you want, RaikouLover's EV spread. If MODEST SpecsLatias' Draco Meteor is a 2HKO, and it has to switch out to use it too... simply awesome. Also outruns base 65's with no speed EV's and a neutral nature.
*Klaus is THE strongest vampire. Ever. Undefeatable! Funny, my Scizor never dies in the matches I win! It is important for scouting, beating Dual Screen, priority sweeping and killing anything scared of Bullet Punch.

Stage 1: The Core - I knew I wanted to build an OU Bulky Offense team, so of course I started with the #1 used pokemon, one both bulky and powerful; Scizor. But what was to take the Fire attacks? I also wanted it to be bulky. Fire attacks are also always (STAB) used with (Earth Power for Heatran) or (Close Combat for Infernape).
Stage 2: Fire Absorber - What came to mind, well, Swampert, Gyarados, and Dragonite. I picked Gyarados for it's ability to be more bulky than Dragonite with Intimidate, and Swampert couldn't beat either SpecsRan (who run HP [Grass] now) or MixApe (Grass Knot). Since I was thinking about a DDer, I wanted someone who could then defeat the DD'ers of doom: Salamence and Gyarados.
Stage 3: The Counter - Scarfed Gengar and Latias were my picks, thanks to having HP [Ice] / Draco Meteor and Thunderbolt to maim them. I picked Latias for its unpredictability and bulk.
Stage 4: The MixSweeper - I now want something to rip through the enemy's team, so I picked Infernape for it's sheer sweeping capabilities.
Stage 5: More Bulk - I certainly did not want to have 2 weaknesses to Ghost and Dark and only 1 resistance. I chose Empoleon for it's addition of beating Kingdra, and also sweeping epically. Now I am in need for someone to "break the walls" that are holding back my sweepers: it is not unseeable how Scizor, Gyarados, Latias or Empoleon to be held back by walls plus healing support was needed.
Stage 6: Loose Ends - Mixed Jirachi and Breloom were practically the only choices one could use if hoping to win; but then I realized Jirachi was in 4-moveslot syndrome and could not carry Wish or forced to face 'bad coverage.' Breloom also could be a status absorber. Come in Breloom!
Stage 7: Edit - And so I found myself without a good lead; I tried Breloom for a lead but it failed, eventually I gave up AgiliSubPetaya Empoleon for a Lead Empoleon I found in Creative Movesets and gave Breloom moves *not* tweaked to combat leads. Also I found that Infernape and Breloom served similar roles; they weakened the walls. Also, Ghosts are a must now because of Machamp's DynamicPunch and Rapid Spin accompanying any successful Stall. Only Rotom-Appliances and Dusknoir were viable competitively, and only Rotom-F and Rotom-H would have any place on this team. I didn't want to lose my fire coverage, so I used Rotom-H, a secondary counter to Scizor and Lucario, and much more reliable than Infernape due to CB Bullet Punches and SD Life Orb ExtremeSpeed, respectively, dent it hard. Then I figured I liked a Substituting, Will-O-Wisping Ghost better, so I used Rotom-W for it's ability to beat the Flash Fire Heatran.
Thus, team Bitten In The Neck!

This Empoleon is a fantastic example of an ideal anti-lead: A good move for power, a back up coverage move, a priority for opposing sash bearers, and the classic Stealth Rock if the opponent tries to be clever with switches. My experience with this is that people think you’re a noob at first glance for using such an odd lead but it really catches them by surprise and ends up tearing apart their lead. Fun fun. :]
Set Info and Usage: Surf STABs and Water is really a nice lead type. Plus, 353 SpA and a guarantee to be able to use it only betters it. Grass Knot backs it up, defeating Swampert. ~Close Combat
~Grass Knot
~Fire Blast
~Nasty Plot
Nature: Hasty (-Defense +Speed)
EVs: 64 Attack, 252 Special Attack, 192 Speed
Comments: MixApe is awesome. If Fighting-Grass-Fire-Ice attains perfect type coverage, without Ice it's probably close behind - only the Dragons, Salamence, Dragonite and Latias, resist it. However, this is geared towards late-game sweeping so they should be in KO range for Nasty Plot Fire Blasts.
Set Info and Usage: Basically you go into something that hates Infernape, Nasty Plot, switch out, and then start over. This time, though, the counter should be weakened and you should know the whole team. Nasty Plot, KO it, then start sweepin'! Close Combat will decimate the fat special sponges, Snorlax and Blissey.
Attack EVs are to KO Blissey and Snorlax with Close Combat. Everything else is obvious.

~Thunder Wave
Nature: Calm (-Attack, +Special Defense)
EVs: 252 HP, 92 Speed, 164 Special Defense
Relevant Stats : * is going to be changed, W.I.P *
Comments: The true 'backbone' of the team. It is the main counter to Scizor and Lucario and fares well against many special attackers. The defense is truly needed on my otherwise Bulky Offense team.
Set Info and Usage: Against weaker Special pokemon or Choiced Normal attacks, such as those from Slaking or Porygon-Z, the toaster gets in. Thunder Wave is used to get the jump on whatever switches in, and my sweepers greatly enjoy the paralysis. Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball and Overheat forms the offensive type coverage.
EV's are "standard" but instead of Bold, it is Calm with all the Defense converted into Special Defense. However, the Speed has 4 more EV points. This outruns other Rotom-Appliance and Shadow Balls them to oblivion.
*MrTanner is a minor character, but the first death albeit. But get this: TANner, it's a toaster! Geddit?!
