it'd be nice if you would actually provide some evidence that homosexuality is a biological trait. It my mind it can go as far as a biological predisposition ( much like alcoholism) and that's it.

Nice try, homophobe, but just like evolution, ignoring the evidence doesn't make it go away. Why dont you give these two papers a read:

Simon LeVay, "A Difference in Hypothalamic Structure Between Heterosexual and Homosexual Men," Science, Vol 253, No 5023 (August 30, 1991), pp 1034-1037

Dean Hamer et al, Science, Vol 261 (1993), pp 321-327

Both studies came to conclusions that clearly show a biological link in the sexual orientation of people.

First of all you've never read either of these papers. You just posted them from the article talking about it. A diffence in the hypothalmic structure taken of the autopsies of under 50 people is hardly large scale in the slightest. Secondly this proves nothing. Predisposition to be gay but not an inherent trait is all i see. There is no gay gene but a more feminine hypothalamus. Schizophrenia patients usually have a fair amount of missing tissue and gray matter. Yet schizophrenia can be overcome. There's no gene that says sucks for you you are schizophrenic.

jjfun the article you posted admits itself that it found nothing conclusive....


It concluded: "There are numerous problems with genetic and other biological research into sexual orientation which mean that any reported findings must be viewed with caution." It said many of the genetic studies were too small to draw definite conclusions from.

Seconded. Even though there are mountains of evidence stacked up against not being able to choose your sexuality even if you could how would that make homosexuality wrong? (without using the bible).
