After SR'ing for a few hours i finally got a 31/30/30/31/31/31 Shiny Heatran. This really isn't that hard after you work at it for a while.

Okay, I've got a quick question. I noticed when I gave my friend a shiny egg and he hatched it on his game, that it was no longer shiny (he didn't save after hatching). When he traded back and I hatched it was. So my question is, does the egg have a way to where it is that if it has a specific ID and SID then it will be shiny? For example, if I get an egg on my Diamond, but I use the ID's from my Pearl, then trade it to my pearl, will it be shiny with those ID's?
I believe the egg is shiny when it hatches only when the game it hatches on has the correct ID and SID to make it shiny.
Donut is correct. Only the ID/SID combo of the game you created the egg on will make it shiny.
Yes that does mean you can create an egg on your Diamond using what would be a shiny frame (that you found through RNG reporter) on your pearl, then trade it to your pearl and it would hatch shiny.
Alright, I'm still trying to find Shiny spreads and kinda failing.
I searched Delays from 600-750, only two 31s and the rest 25+, but nothing came up. (My best Delay is 624) What should the max Frame be? If I get a good Shiny spread at a huge Frame, will I want to shoot myself in trying to get it? Well...actually, I'd take anything right now--I just can't get it to return any Shiny spreads, let alone good ones (And yes, my SID is sound, I've gotten tons of egg Shinies with it.) Also, the Time Finder bogs down my computer, and I'd try to avoid having to run it for an hour each time and accomplish nothing.
I'm wanting a Shiny Naive Azelf, if that helps any.

Thanks. Now I'll be able to use shinies through HG. One quick question about frames when going for egg IV's. Does the Buneary in the day-care fense affect the RNG?
No, the brown one right. Does it matter anyways? Getting all the other people off the screen does not get you a frame of 1.
Not unless I don't use any IV restrictions. Even generous ones, like >20 in everything, seem to be ineffectual. How everyone has so many flawless Shinies is beyond me. D: (I'm running a search right now with said low IVs and 5000 Frame maximum.)
Who out there has all of these flawless shinys? Viletung hacks his SID. Syberia has a flawless shiny spread. Other than that? Anyhow the fact is that having > 20 in everything is about 1:729. Of the correct nature brings that up to 1:18225. Making that shiny brings it to 1:149,299,200.
So don't just expect that you can run a quick little search and get a great shiny spread of a particular nature with your ID/SID because it doesn't work like that.

Mmm...didn't realize that. Sorry, it just looked that way from the "Discuss my Pokemon thread" -- seemed like every hour or so there were new prime-IV Shinies being shown off with the obligatory quote of "this is too easy" alongside it. Anywho, I didn't even expect that I'd be able to get RNG to work for wild Pokemon anyway. So would non-Shinies with fair IVs be unlikely for the average person to attain as well?
Edit: Wait...is this for real? Theoretically, can I attain these? I only let the time finder run for about 5 mins...when I saw that it was about 10% done, but had 8 results, I freaked out and checked it immediately...

Yep, if you entered your ID/SID correctly it is.
Most likely Method J, but Drifloon and Spirtomb both need confirmation that they are synchable and Method J. I am about to do Drif right now to test, so if you wait until later the OP (and possibly this post) will be updated with that information.
This program is safe and free correct? Is it proven that the RNG Reporter can run on this?

It is safe and free, but at this point RNG Reporter can't run on it. You may try though. When I have some time I may begin to look into making it run on it, but for right now you are on your own.

My RNG reporter is going nuts! I can't exit out of time finder ad the program itself. Time finder isn't even searching for spreads.

hey, i think that something is wrong in the "Find Initial seed by stats". I can't find in characteristics the option "Often naps", however there are "Often scatters things" and "scatters things often", i think that both are the same but idk.
Perhaps is an error in the page i use to translate that (My game is in Spanish)

ok, this is sad, the game is really freaking broken because of this discovery. thank you all who helped find it, but now, i dont know how we will be able to tell hacks since you can get a freaking flawless legendary without the use of a third party device.
@flash: it is not an error(the double scatters thing), its a stupidity thing. the programmers did both those charicteristics. . . they represent different iv ranges. . . and often naps is often dozes off
