Is there any hope for an RNG Program for the Mac OS?
When I've hit my delay, on the fourth try, I pressed ok and generated the DPPt Egg PID (International and Normal). Well, the problem is that both of them had the modest shiny spread on the first spread, frame 78, but the ShinyFinder told me to do 4 taps and 7 flips, and the RNG Reporter told me to do 5 taps and 5 flips. Since I already know that the RNG Reporter never made me miss a spread, I've used its information, and was able to hit my spread and get my shiny squirtle.
The problem is: if I had followed the info on ShinyFinder, I would've got the wrong egg, right? Maybe the author made some mistake, so I had to point this out.
Well, I have something weird to notify.
I was using the ShinyFinder by MinusOne, to find a shiny Modest Female Squirtle.
Ok, I found one, on delay 598, 2009 06 05, 43 seconds. The ShinyFinder said that I would have to do 4 taps and 7 flips.
I decided that it would be better to be sure about my delay before doing the taps, so I've used a mixed method to achieve this. Instead of going with 6 pokemons, I had 5 on my team, and captured one as soon as I've entered the game. Checked it's IVs, and inserted them on the RNG Reporter.

Thanks for reading all this 'grumble' in some language that certainly is not english.
I am trying to catch a good shiny Azelf. Can someone give me a website with a bunch of sets that have already been generated?
You have a link for it?
k thanks. also for the wondercard spreads how do I know what time and date I have to start or is it irrelevant in Wondercard pokes?
EDIT: Nvm figured it by myself. Wichu's program doesn't work for method J pokes also.
I then do 12 flips back and forth onto the next page, which has my captured Azelf on it, which leaves me with one Frame/ RNG advancement to be triggered by one of the NPC's. Which (as long as i've done it right so far...) is my one stumbling block. I know it's a bit of a grey area, but with regards the NPC's, any idea of what movements they do, which advances the RNG?
Actually, it's not confirmed that ALL the NPCs in town advance the RNG when you are inside of a building, as I've already pointed out.
I used more than 20 minutes to advance the RNG (journal and walking), inside Oak's house in Eterna, and I got my spread on the first try. So, I don't think that NPCs outside of the pokemart will advance the RNG.
I think they are talking about egg abusing, where you are outside. We know while in a building it is not affected by NPCs outside the building.
Whenever I try to sweet scent on route 228, it says "the sweet scent faded for some reason". This also happened in Wayward Cave. Why does this happed?
I was going to test but ended up hitting my seed, so I caught my legend. I'm going to explain exactly what I did so I can try and get some clarification on some stuff.
Seed: D609029B
Target frame: 2065 (Method J with sync), 2160 Method 1
So what I did was SS a pokemon initially to verify the seed, then run 1024 steps with a repel on. I then SS another pokemon which was on frame 1646 in method 1, 1637 in method J.
I took the method 1 frame, took 6 from it for Heatran and the SS, then walked 128 steps with 5 party pokemon. in Heatran's cavern to change my frame back to odd. I was now at a frame of 1647 and so did 204 journal flips. I hit my Heatran spot on.
So one thing I'm confused with is that I've always been using the method 1 frame of the wild pokemon, when others use method J. I'm still hitting my target frame so I'm obviously not doing anything wrong.
So what is going to be the difference between what I'm doing here and catching a wild pokemon, not stationary in grass or caves via SSing? What's the difference exactly between 1 and J? Am I actually doing something wrong in using the method 1 frame as my current or am I correct?
I know I have more questions but I'm having a huge mental block right now, so I'll probably edit this with some tests, unless I hit my seed again, lol.
