About Lumiere, I think you made her back story I bit too dark. Pokemon is generally a very innocent game (sometimes overly so); importantly, no human being is killed or even mentioned as being killed throughout the gameplay itself.
Furthermore, if you look at all the bosses and criminal organisations from existing games, they are mostly portrayed as good people led astray by a clearly insane objective that the player should not be able to accept. In this case, the search for a Life-Giving Pokemon (so she can return to living a normal life with a normal family) just seems like too noble a cause for an overall evildoer. But I love how you are trying to make the players pity her plight. It would be great if that could be explored that from a different, more lighthearted direction.
Final note: couldja make the eyes sleeker and give her a harder expression? She'll look more experienced and mature that way.
