I copy:Yes, you can do pixel-overs in MS Paint. That's what I did my Jirachi in.
What do you mean by "pixelated?" It could just be JPG distortion.
@Wombat: This should explain pixel overs if you need help.
@Fuzz: I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but I think I fixed it.

Thanks for the critique.
Have you gotten that mouse TV suggested yet?
I don't know what to suggest to scratch.........oh, I've got it. Scratch Tyranitar. It's a bit harder than D-nite, so I'll see how you do.
yeah that's what i did.Yes, you can do that, although I find it more precise using the pencil tool. Just select white with the color picker and go nuts. If you go too crazy and mess up the outline, remember to click on "Undo" under the Edit tab. Really good for fixing stuff like that. I have a bit of experience in things like this 'cause all of my scratches are pixel-overs made from my own scetches.
thanksI'm sure you can see pretty much all of the flaws yourself. But you did good for a first try.
Mainly, the outline is jagged and does not look much like the original picture. The shading needs quite a bit of work as well.
Just remember that a pixel over is supposed to look like a resized sprite of the original picture, and you should do well.
P.S: The thumbnail option works amazingly well for pixel overs. Just do
View--->Zoom--->Show Thumbnail
and a little window that shows what your image looks like fully zoomed out should pop up. It's dynamic too, so you can watch yourself make changes at normal magnification.
