@terra that was before, and with terra being in D/C list? I really don't know, because I've been battling lately, and so as others and none complained about him, nor did I. He's fine, I really think it is his connection that screws him over, but it is safe to leave him there for future reference towards other battlers, but idk. Do what you mods have to do. He's perfectly fine, just his connection fucks it up..

Wi-Fi Blacklist: as of January 30th, 2014

We have no problems on placing TERRA#493 off the blacklist but onto probation instead as we will get to doing that provided TERRA#493 does not post here begging on his status.
We are still determining Cybertron's fate as while we understand he lacks the time to use the computer, he/she should understand that if there's a commitment that needs to be done in such a timely matter and cannot guarantee it to be done, then do not commit to it if you cannot communicate.

all he had left was a CB Scizor and all four of my pokemon a Cress, Dusknoir, Registeel, and a CB Scizor of my own so no matter what move he locked himself into I could take it and then when I was about to switch he D/C'd.

However i have to say, that it is still possible, that some people will say in future, i've D/Ced on her. Because my connection is still not better. But there are also enough and really more people (just see the latest post here in this topic) who confirm, that i'm not a D/Cer. I hope, you understand that.
I've faced terra and it's always random DCing. Terra, maybe you should put something in your sig about your connection, give people warning before they accuse.

I would like to back up Fearthe Pika's statement. I too battled mudkipz49 and couple of days ago and i was sweeping his team and down to his last two pokemon. Then I predicted a switch to a fire pokemon (i forgot what the pokemon was) and used earthquake with my salamence a sudden D/c happened. There was no lagging earlier in the battle and i posted on the thread and sent him a pm but he hasnt replyed. I didnt want to report becuase i was unsure of his side of the story but now that i have someone also complaining about him i believe he is a D/C.

I'm just wondering if it would be at all possible to be put down to probational? The situation itself happened a long time ago because of two pokemon, and it wasn't as if I fled with anyone's pokemon because they were all returned (not cloned if you can believe that). I admitted to what I did (I even detailed how I did it, etc) and when in with my hands up. I just want to be able to trade here (that new policy restricts me from trading at all).

During our match i sent out my salamence when his was salamence was already out and i got one DD up and dragon clawed his salamence and it didnt KO. Further proof of his bad hacking was that it was in a safari ball.
My salamence has max attack with a life orb and even against a max def and mex hp salamence it is suppose to OHKO.
I ran damage calcs and its suppose to do 120.81% - 143.15%
I also sent him a PM asking him what's the deal with the hacked pokemon
and he doesnt even respond. He is just spamming the battle thread

did you factor in Intimidate on your damage calculation
He doesn't need to, he switched his own Mence into his opponent's Mence, and therefore didn't get intimidated. Therefore, his own Mence was +1 when it used Dragon Claw as he said.

On wi-fi there is no set restrictions. But say you had a pokemon that only knows Ice beam (Blissey possibly), you already freeze one pokemon but the opponent switches out. Then because you've only got Ice Beam as an attack and you freeze opponent pokemon #2. Is the opponent allowed to D/C because you went over the "freeze" clause?
Same applies to sleep clause (doubt it'll ever happen though, "accidently" reused hypnosis/sport/sleep powder ect)

People hardly play by freeze clause. To my knowledge, it's just another hax. Nothing about breaking the rules.
@ Destiny100, Effect Spore is a possibilty in having breaking sleep clause.

Uh, when someone says "redist" we won't help with issues of distributing it on other sites, period. That's the risk you take on when making things redist. There is too much grey area and too much room for honest mistakes. So, in a nutshell, nothing Aroma has done, that I can see, is actionable here.

Magikmike09 is an hacker. Why? Because I do a battle with him and his Gyarados takes down my shaymin with 329HP and 221def just with stone edge... his Salamence lost juste 50% of my gyarados' stone edge lol? His Salamence lost 30% of my mismagius' shadow ball... LOL? And better: His charizard is faster as my Infernape jolly and he his not scarf because in fisrt he does Flammethrower and just after not switch he does dragon pulse before my infernape jolly ( 346 speed) and Charizard has 328 speed max.

Ok this is rediculos seriously, my gyrados killed his shaymin because of dragon dance, and the 50 % and 30 % is because my salamence has max defence, and as for the charizard being faster you obviuosly did not ev train your infernape right, if anyone doesnt believe me they can battle me themselves with a max speed infernape and i'll show them
