Most likely substitute, works well with Focus Punch.

Sounds like it could work in NU, but I don't see it working too well anywhere else. 85 Base Attack is good, but it's nothing extraordinary.
Using even 1 BL in your team makes your team an OU team, and cannot be used in UU. So, as for aesthetically appealing OU defensive Pokemon.....well, Vaporeon is cute, but it clashes with Milotic. For the record, Vaporeon is far superior
Do temporary trapping moves (wrap, magma storm etc) keep working when the user switches out?
I thought it would, oh well.
Always preferred Milotic--I understand that the team is OU, but I like using UU and the like in OU.

Umm...Jirachi can be defensive, and it's cute, and if it's an OU team, you will need at least one Steel-type
Porygon2 is cute, I guess, and he's pretty useful in OU

Just use the Trick Specs set from the analysis. If you are playing with item clause, Blissey is all the more needed, since you want the most mileage from your one Leftovers, so Tricking the opponent's Blissey is really appealing. It can still work well on your defense-oriented team, also, possessing reasonable defenses. It takes only around 80% from Naughty Life Orb STAB max attack Metagross Meteor Mash, Tricking away the Life Orb and potentially Recovering off the damage on a later switch-in (or serving back for an average of 65% with Discharge, which after Life Orb recoil, and maybe a little Stealth Rock damage, puts Metagross on the ropes).

I'm really disapointed with the results of the Stage 3 voting. Garchomp is uber, I'm fine with that, it would be fun if he would come back to OU but he is a level above all the other OUs so I'm completely fine with him being in ubers.
But Latios? That thing should be OU, just because it has slightly more special attack than Latias that doesn't make it uber. Most Latias counters can counter Latios just fine.
And Manaphy. I'm hoping this thing will leave OU asap. Tail Glow + Hydration, now that is scary.

People can just get it delivered from japan, or are playing a rom(which we can't talk about).
I was wondering, why do suspects voted OU go through another round of testing? I'm guessing it's to test the new metagame with these possible OUs to make sure they're not broken with the other suspects gone, or something along those lines, but I'd like to be sure.
What 'mon is the best complement to Chimchar for a quick run through the in-game? I specifically said quick vice speed run as I am willing to go a bit out of the way or stop to do some levelling
