do you keep track of people who choose not to run in an IV battle on a consistent basis? if so, does this behavior justify being mentioned in this thread? i don't think it's a blacklistable offense, but it could be useful to keep this list in a separate section as reference for those who IV battle regularly.

Wi-Fi Blacklist: as of January 30th, 2014

It is not a blacklistable offense, however if you care about your record that much, just tell them to run as well.
i don't care about my record (since it's been tarnished enough by iv battles), but even if you tell people to run, they may not necessarily run.
also, isn't it an unwritten rule to always run from an IV battle?
(i'm not petitioning, i'm just wondering)
Most people give you the courtesy of running, but some don't. Its just something you have to deal with I suppose. =(

Did you PM him and ask for an explanation? I've battled NjSoccer a number of times the past year or so with no problems and I won all our matches. So I doubt he would d/c just because he was losing. =/

okay arcanineMaster, or some kind of name like that d/ced a matter of like 4 times with me. I don't suggest you to blacklist him just yet, this is just a note because everytime I set up an invite and he's on and he accepts my invite, so obviously im going to stay in the battle but everytime Im going to win, he d/c's intentionally and it's starting to piss me off. I thought he's learn from the third time doing it to me... I guess not and out of all those 4 matches, I was gonna win...

Added Led Zeppelin Experience to the blacklist. On top of the blatant Pokesaving, his shiny Azelf does not have legitimately obtainable IVs.
Reporting psykeii for dc'ing right when he was about to lose. I talked to him and he calls it a "bug". If you look at another one of his past posts, he also blames another dc as a "bug".
On top of that, you can read our conversation on the battle me thread on page 177 (sorry, I don't know how to link it there yet). He calls it "fair play".

It is nicknamed 'Star Wars' and it is not in a Cherish Ball. You can not nickname events. ALL event Pokemon come in a cherish ball and his was not. it also took thunderbolts pretty well. I would expect them to do more damage from a 301 SP ATK Porygon2. I attacked him with T bolt before he set up Light Screen.

Not blacklistable unless you can provide damage calculations to back up your claim. User has admitted using hacked Pokemon without notifying the other party (which is clearly stated in the rules, and I think you know that we like to follow them) and is being dealt with. Thanks.
My Porygon2 With 301 Sp Atk did about 15 +/- percent to his Jirachi with a Thunderbolt. I had no special attack drops either. That was dealt before he set up a Light Screen. I need to know the stats of his Jirachi. That damage is too low. I should do about one fourth with my SP atk stat. I know hes not 404/328 in sp def. I need his stats and will PM him for them or just ask for a tradehack check.
You don't need to know his jirachis stats
Just do a calc vs Max HP max SpD jirachi, Max HP Jirachi 0 SpD and 0 HP and 0 SpD and you will have an idea.

This is the damage calc for a 404 HP 328 SP DEF Jirachi after getting hit by thunderbolt from 301 SP ATK Thunderbolt from Porygon2. My Thunderbolt did about 14 percent to him. His Jirachis stats are hacked
Even if he ran that spread my t bolt should do a little more than 13-14%. and the Jirachi outsped my Breloom which has 262 speed. with that above spread on his Jirachi, his max speed is 236. so something is fishy. I think he is running 252 EVs in all stats. I can not beat this kind of hacking
I just did the same calculations and got this
301 Atk vs 328 Def & 404 HP (95 Base Power): 63 - 75 (15.59% - 18.56%)
So, apparently, the Jirachi took correct amount of damage.
With 0 EVs in SDef and not a +Sdef nature, you get this:
301 Atk vs 236 Def & 404 HP (95 Base Power): 87 - 103 (21.53% - 25.50%)
I think this proves it is not a hack. The fact of it being in a different ball just mean it is a legal hack most likely and they didn't change what ball it was in.
O_o I may have entered in some of the values incorrectly. But he cant have max HP and max SP DEF if hes faster than my breloom. Just not possible with out 252 in everything. He outsped a 262 speed Breloom which means he needs a lot of speed EVs to outspeed me. : / im not stupid but i know he didnt ev speed to 263. hes too fast to be so defensive. so he must be running 252 in all stats. and he wont get online and trade with me.

It is not wrong. 144 EVs into SDef with a +Sdef nature results in 299 special defense. That is the number used in the calculation. Please stop arguing this.
252 HP EVs gets 404 HP
112 speed EVs gets 264 speed, enough to out speed your 263 breloom.
144 SDef EVs reaches 299 with a +SDef nature.
