You have to manually save any battle you want to Logs for. To do this, when the battle is over (but before you close out of it) go to the Chat Tab or the battle and under "Send" there is an option that says "Save Log" Click this, and save it wherever you can find it, then you can open it from there in Note Pad (or whatever the Mac Equivalent is)

Is there going to be another season of LNT?
It is very easy.
1) Log into the server that you wan't to find your out rating.
2) Go to the list of users.
3) Find your name.
4) Right click on your name and select "view record." You might need to select it more than once due to the sometimes sluggish nature of Shoddy Battle.
From there, you can check out this thread to make better sense of exactly what your rating means.

Whenever I open up shoddy, no servers show. I try to manually enter a port and it says "Error: Connection Refused: Connect". Refreshing doesn't help. The team builder won't allow me to make new teams, when I select a server the list goes away, but the team builder won't come up, though when I try to edit a team, It works fine. Can someone help me? =\
Well, I've gotten five or six crits in a row on my friend playing the actual game. Random chance is funny that way. Of course I've also heard of RNGs getting stuck... so maybe that's what's happening?
Anyway, I'm new to using shoddy and was trying to put HP Ice on a Zapdos, and it keeps giving me an invalid IV error. Then it suggests I change it and it ends up as HP Dragon or something. Can anyone give me a valid set-up for full power HP Ice and explain what's up? I know I found one before by my hard drive died and I lost it.

Why isn't [insert type] mail not one of the item options in Shoddy? IIRC, it can't be tricked, making it a somewhat useful item for mons particularly vulnerable to trick. If I don't remember correctly, then I agree that there's no point in having said items.
Does anyone know if its possible to have 2 trapping moves (i.e. Milotic using wrap and the HgSs HM whirlpool at the same time)?
Yes, it is possible. I don't see why you would want to, though.

My random battles never load, and to the challenger it seems as if I did not accept the challenge. I am on a Mac running OS X 10.6.2 (Snow Leopard), and I am using Java SE 6 32 Bit. Any ideas?

Is it true that Shoddy is a lot haxier than actually WiFi? Because I heard people talking about that topic a lot.
Glitches in SB1 are not going to be fixed, Colin is focusing on getting SB2 ready. If you like you can report it on the Bug Tracker.
No. Shoddy has the same chance to crit, and the same chance for any special effect to activate. It may seem like there is more hax, but this is only because you play much faster on shoddy so each "hax event" is generally closer in time to the others than you would find on Wi-Fi.
Edit: To the post below: Hidden Power will show up as normal in battle, this is normal (no pun intended). It will function as HP grass if you use it.

Even though it shows Hidden Power Normal during a battle, its up to you to remember what type you gave your Pokémon. If your IVs are correct when you made the team, it will be such type during the battle.
Yeah, I don't like it either. But, when in doubt, you can open up the team builder during your battle to double check.
