I was here this summer and took a few requests; unfortunately shortly afterwards my computer crashed and it wasn't until recently when I got a hold of the programs neccesary for me to work. But now I do, and will take requests once more.

I need a good banner for my league site. Basically a sea themed background, capatilizing on the abundance of water pokemon in the picture. but the one that should show out the most is a powerful yet majestic red gyarados. Finally on the top in a nice soothing/Aquatic font it should say "Belle Mer Pokemon League". Anyone up for this task? :D http://bellemerpokemonleauge.webs.com/
