also, I won't lie dozer, it is definitely possible. but I did not change them. I guess its just my word against hers, but I have not changed smeargle' EVs since I got em

Uh it is 62.2% - 73.3%

And if it did that much +12%, it should have left him with around 5 %, which is weird because you said 1 HP. AND you say he claimed to have 112 EVs...

Is it possible to change the EVs of something suddenly with the use of AR, pokesav? He could have changed them before he sent it to me. I'm not accusing, only thinking of possible explanations.

I still think that he may have changed it with all my evidence that I sent to him via VM during the past 2 hours. 2 hours is more than enough time to change the stats and such via PokeSav and shit like that.

He could have easily just went from 112 Def EV's to 252 when he was trading with you just to further strengthen his position.

Oh and KarateF22, double-posting is not going to help you win the case.

EDIT: And on my calc, the damage says that it is 187 - 222 (74.5% - 88.4%). I use DougJustDoug's calculator, by the way.
 
sorry for the double posts. anyways, I do not use a single completely standard poke on my team. my ninjask has toxic, my scizor has an impish nature, my smeargle has maxxed def, my mr mime runs taunt AND encore, my vaporeon runs ice beam, my lucario set isn't even near anything on smogon. your argument is very weak... your essentially relying on the fact that I HAVE to be running standard stuff... which I am not, as shown above.

My last argument before I shut my mouth and cease spamming up this thread (unless you happen to become a troll):

That still doesn't prove that you haven't tweaked your Pokemon in any shape or form since our encounter.

If you have solid evidence, i.e. a video of yourself that shows that you didn't tweak them for the past 2 hours, then I will submit. If not, then I feel that you are on the shorter end of the stick, my friend, since I have calcs on my side and all you have is your word.

calcs clearly show that smeargle can survive that hit... even YOUR post states it can hit as low as 75 percent. 12 + 75 =87 it hit near max instead, doing 86 to 87 percent.... still not a KO

Please do mind that those calcs I did were based on Dozer's findings, which could have been easily tampered with during the past 2 hours.

My original calcs, which were 234 - 276 (88.1% - 100.4%) with the extra 12.5% from SR not factored in, proves that it couldn't have survived. If I hit you with minimum damage, then that would mean I would hit a 100%.

You have no evidence that you used a nonstandard Smeargle during the battle either. So try proving to me that you used a nonstandard Smeargle during the battle instead of (what I assume) you using a standard and then tweaking it to a nonstandard after I got suspicious of your Smeargle.
 
so guilty until proven innocent, eh? how noble. my smeargles EVs haven't been touched. anyways, its late and I'm tired of arguing about internet pokemonz. I'm sure the mods will make the right decision. g'night.
 
this player: Schumi D\c against me in the end of one battle. I made surf on his last pokemon: gliscor with swampert ( in torrent ) and gliscor has got half life...so please put this guy in black list. thanks!

Here is my Salamence's set:

Intimidate | Lum Berry
Jolly | 4 HP / 252 HP / 252 Spe
Stats: 332 HP, 369 Atk, 328 Spe

I also did the calcs on his Trap Pass Smeargle set, deriving from the standard, and I found that my Mence should have dealt 234 - 276 (88.1% - 100.4%) and KO with SR involved, since SR deals 12.5% to Smeargle.

Obviously I should have KO'ed him. Thanks for your time.

You have no case, sorry.

About the only way to generally prove this is to

a) check stats in trade before disconnecting
b) have seen three stats (usually the attack, speed, and a defensive stat) where the calcs indicate they all had to be maxed out, forcing the pokemon above 510.
 
Added Gt91 to probational blacklist for trading a hacked turtwig which was given from a friend, and for using serebii's incorrect IV calculator. If any further pokemon are also proven hacked then that shall be moved to official.

stats were right torterra lv 50 202/138/150/85/94/76 , impish nature , i used this calculator http://www.serebii.net/games/iv-calcdp.shtml , iv matched -_- ( i didn't say it's UT) , so i have no fault ,people should say thinks for real -_-" ,
for turtwig ok , i take my responsabilities , i should knew it before posting it in my thread
 
So, the old fashioned way of checking if someone is using hacks is to save your battle video, and then trying to send it over the GTS, right? ...And then if it says "There appears to be a problem with the recipient's Pokemon. Data was not sent.", that means your opponent was indeed using hacks?

This doesn't prove that the Pokemon are indeed ILLEGAL hacks, even if the Pokemon has correct stats and moves it will still not accept the video if a hex code or location data is not correct (which doesn't effect legality in a battle).
 
id like to report MN Trainer. we had a battle that he set up with the mic on and proceeded to call me names and act like a dick. if you can read our post on each others pages it would fill you in. i am against reporting people unless they really irritate me but i hate to play agianst people like him
 
I'm kind of offended that I was added to the probationary blacklist without even being told...

I completely, 100 percent, agree with the decision, I did make some mistakes, and deserve to be on it.

I would just like being told about it though. I really just found out today, even though it happened months ago.
 
i would like to report ERO using illegal poke...specifically tyranitar...i calculated and even checked marriland for damages calculation that his tyranitar should not have survived my gengars focus blast even if his tyranitar is max hp and sdef. it is said on his signature that he use "legal hack" but i don't think it's true.

I'm just asking if it proves that the opponent is using hacks, in general.
