What are the best speed landmarks for a Neutral Speed Offensive Venusaur?

Also, if a pokemon is poisoned by Toxic and switches out, how will the damage caused by poison work when the pokemon come backs? Will it stop increasing? Keep increasing from the point it stopped? Start increasing again?

2. Sart increasing again.

And again: Can I get pokeguy's wifidex from anywhere?

I have a new question: Is Counter/Mirror Coat damage increased by Life Orb?

This is the previous one:

Is a non-"perfect" Pokemon really that much weaker than a "perfect" one (perfect being 31/31/31/31/31), given that they are given the same EVs?

And what if both were "perfect", but one was EV trained and the other was not (a 252 attack, 252 hp, 4 spD Machamp vs a 100 attack, 100 hp, etc. Machamp)?

Would anyone here be able to calculate my SID, from my ID, since I have not caught a shiny, non-chained pokemon... And I have been trying my best to figure it out but no results... My ID is 32127

First of all, please don't repeat your questions on the same page.

Each IV below 31 loses a point, ie. a pokemon with a 30 IV in Speed will be 1 point lower than one with an IV of 31. The un-EV'd Machamp would have 64 less HP, 64 less Attack and 1 less Special Defense, every 4 EV's increases the stat by 1 point at level 100.

Running Max Speed to at least tie with other neutral base 80's is what you should be aiming for.

Try following the steps in this guide's deduction process. http://www.smogon.com/ingame/rng/deducing_secret_id#calc

It seems you'll need to have one of the shiny and having figured out the exact IVs of your shiny Pokemon first though. Then it includes using the software provided in the guide and just punching in the numbers. Figuring out your SID can be done easier if you have Action Replay, where there is a code that you can press your buttons and get the number instantly.

I haven't tried the methods in the guide yet as I have Action Replay, so try your best to follow it.

Good luck.

But let's say you have two perfect Machamps, but one is EV trained specifically for 252 attack, 252 hp, and 4 spD but the other isn't specifically EV trained, but still has all its EVs from battling random Pokemon. Wouldn't the latter Machamp be more a surprise online (maybe it survives a Fire Blast or something since it has more SpD EVs)?

It may just get EVs into special attack or speed. Seriously, let's try to keep this thread on the tracks of "competitive Pokemon discussion".

No. 1 IV means 1 stat point.
So many Pokemon run max speed; in them, a speed IV<31 is a major fault. But for most other stats you can drop down a bit without causing problems. If you're using complex EV spreads designed to nHKO specific things or survive specific attacks, you'll need to tweak them. However, you don't want really low IVs in stats you use. Of course, many Pokemon have stats they don't use. Less defenses on an already-frail sweeper won't make that much difference, and a pure physical attacker doesn't care about the SpA IV.

Okay thanks! ^_^;

And without RNG abusing, is it really hard to breed a flawless Pokemon since only 3 IVs are passed down to the child?

I dont know where to post this but ok

First, when i tried to edit my thread it takes a long time to save the changes or not save at alll, and now i can't edit the format of any post, i mean i cant make bold text or with a color and that things, anyone know whats happening?

For God's sake no.

25% chance to miss for a 35 (52 with STAB) base power move? It's got Explosion / Payback / Ice Shard / Avalanche / Facade / Secret Power to work with that all have more power than Clamp.

What's a good Pokemon to use with Ampharos in a Trick Room team? So far I have a Trick Room Bronzong and Curselax. The Ampharos is Choice Specs, too.

Could I run a Brave nature with Brine, or I'll just use Ice Shard/Payback/Avalanche/Explosion?

Also, what set will make best use of Skill Link+Icicle Spear and Rock Blast?
