Earlier I got an infraction because my Final Art Submission didn't meet all the requirements... So, before I re-post it, if I'm allowed to, I just want to make sure it meets all requirements this time around. I'm not really too sure what it means by

It must be ... in a compressed digital format. Uncompressed bitmaps and/or high-resolution images are not allowed.

So those are my two questions- What qualifies as a compressed digital format, and am I banned from the contest?

you aren't banned, heh.

a .jpg image is probably the most common form of compressed images, and is usually the smallest (in terms a file size) but a .png should also be fine. the only thing we don't want to see is giant files lagging the page.

me and a group of people on smashboards are doing our own CAP, but we're not doing anything with shoddy, i'm just wondering if there was one to check to see if these pokes we're making would be broken (cause i have a good feeling that the one we currently are working on is)

There are no CAP-only moves other than Paleo Wave and ShadowStrike.

That error you found is known and will be fixed in the near future.

Is there some sort of tier list for CAP, in which the CAPokemon are rated with regular OU, or just some sort of list solely for the usage of them?

I ask because I'm curious to know how good they're considered to be next to each other and/or which CAPmons get the most use. :0

If you're interested in the usage statistics, you can find them here. You can judge "how good" a CAP is or how useful it is in the metagame based on those usage statistics. Note that all of the CAPs are at the top of the usage statistics. Otherwise, all of the CAPs are useful in the CAP metagame in their own way due to their diversity and general awesome stats.

I have two more questions regarding the dexes on the CAP site...

Firstly, why do the Shiny Sprites for Syclant have a completely different pose to the non-shinies?

Waaaay late, but it's because CAP1 was one of the only CAPS with an animated sprite. KoA gave it two frames, and created a GIF for how it's sprite might look in-game.

Definitely on the weekends or later on in the day (GMT-5). That's when I tend to get on, assuming I don't have something else to do. Many other people tend to play in a similar time bracket, although there are the rare night players. Also, during the weekend tour events, a lot of people play CAP inbetween their tour matches, so you can usually find a plethora of available opponents.

Those are about the best suggestions that can be given.
