Most Generation PRNG Help / Information

hmmm... I seem to be doing something wrong... i'm trying to get the Gamestop Jirachi (first wondercard RNG) and i'm going trying to hit frame 114... I have a roamer out (just one) so I do the correct ammount of flips... and the IVs are incorrect (i'm going for the seed 52140289 with all 31s) what I got was 2/10/30/31/31/31.... what am I doing incorrectly? (Sandgem pokemart by the way, and NO, the guy didnt take a step before I got the Jirachi....)

You're hitting Frame 113. Are you sure you have a roamer out?

You most likely collected the egg too fast. When you did frame callibration, you collected the egg a split second after you're collecting it now. Try searching for a spread that's on frame 5. If that doesn't work, then resave and do frame callibration again.
Yes I think I'm going to have to resave. I tried frame 3 and I got a frame higher than what I needed. Thanks for your help

lol... nope... I checked my Poketch

I dunno what to tell you then. I have Mesprit running around and for some reason it doesn't show up on my poketch. You can try to wait a second before talking to the green guy so that your frame advances by 1. Other than that, you're SOL.

My steps for wondercard rng'ing

  • First do the calibration face. Got my seconds as 14 Delay as 360.
  • Go to the pokemart with 5 pokemon and save in front of the guy.
  • Plug in the frame i want.
  • Click on the 'seed to time' option change the year and seconds so it matches my seconds and delay.
  • Change the time(1 minute before) date minute etc.
  • Then restart the game when the minute changes.
  • Mash 'A' until the journal opens and then do the flips.
  • Quickly before a NPC moves collect the pokemon check the ivs.
And then nothing i tried about 40 times but still I dint get the frame i wanted.

There's no way your calibrated delay is 360. On Plat people usually get around 590-610 and on DP its around 616-626...The game simply does not load that fast. I recommend you go through the calibration process again.

no

most likely not, I know my delay differ from 600-602 on plat to 626-628 on diamond

I don't mean normal delays :/. I'm talking about the high delays from spreads that you would use from the wichu program. Whatever Calibrate and SR techniques you use for one game, can you use it for another game (as far as the SR goes)?

I wanted RNG abuse the PCP, what method Pokemon is it?
What´s it starting frame?
And where is the best market with the fewest moving NPCs to do this?

Emerald

Does the 1 step you need to make to encounter Kyogre advance your frame by 1?
And do the three ''steps / movements'' Kyogre makes when you make your 1 step to the lake also advance your frame?

no steps don't advance the RNG emerald the frames just go up in intervals of 60 frames/second, but while kyogre is coming towards you before the battle starts the RNG is still advancing so that time counts

So this means that Kyogre's frame is determined on the moment it is right in front of me (without space between us) ?

Meaning, right before the Team Aqua/Magma Emblem pops up my screen?

Thank you.

Yes once it comes up to you the screen turns black its nature and IVs are decided

I have a question. I am RNG'ing for a Swarm pokémon on Route 229. Unless I am mistaken, these the steps I should take in order to stop the moving NPC trainers and land on the right frame (target frame: 868):
1. Use emloop to enter the game on the correct seed
2. Upon hitting correct seed, defeat all moving NPC trainers
3. Catch a wild pokémon to see what frame you are currently on
4. Add 5 to the frame you are on (b/c battles advance the RNG by 5) and do the required RNG advances accordingly?

Am I correct? If not, could someone please quickly explain what I should do?
