If you get a crit on a rock-type pokemon in the sandstorm, does the crit go through the sandstorm special defense boost like other stat boosts, or not?

There is a flying pikachu in the poke walker in HG/SS.
Yeah, but just for clarity, it's still an event--you need the Yellow Forest Pokewalker course from a Wi-Fi event to get it.

As for an actual mini-game for it, there's nothing like that in HG/SS. As for games beyond HG/SS, well we don't know anything about them, so it's hard to say, but most likely not. But then again, we don't know anything about them or what exactly Game Freak has planned for the future, so it's impossible to say for sure.

I was wondering how, or if it is even possible to trade Pokemon from Colluseum, XD, Box RS, or Channel (played on Wii) to Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum(played on DS)? I also have Ruby, Emerald, Firered and Leafgreen (played on GBA, which I have) if trading to the DS games doesn't work. If Wii to GBA doensn't work, then does anyone have any suggestions for me on how to make it work, without buying a Gamecube? Thanks! :)

You can't trade between them and any of the DS games. However, you can trade between them and the GBA games just fine, provided you have the GBA-GC link cable--just plug one end into a Gamecube controller port in the Wii and the other end into the GBA as per normal, and you should be good to go.

Is there any difference from EV training with power items, rather than just finding the pokemon that gives the correct ev yield?

Also Say two flawless adamant gibles one at level one and the other at level 45, both built as a choice band gible, which one will turn out stronger?

@Quaily: You can only get the EXP boost if the Pokemon's ID and SID are different from the ones on the cartrige. So you wouldn't be able to get it from trading and trading back.

@DekaMaster: I think Raikou and Entei's IVs are set when you release them but Suicune's are generated when you battle it because it's stationary.

@King_Cobra: Any Pokemon with the same Base Stats, EVs, IVs, and Nature will have the same stats at the same level no matter when you obtained the IVs. For example, if you give your Garchomp all of its EVs at level 1, it will still have the same stats as if you gave it its EVs at level 99, when you get to level 100.

Thanks!

Also, my friend told me that if you beat 50 Smeargles in Artisan's Cave in Emerald, a shiny Smeargle will appear. Is this true or just an old wives tale?

Is it true that Scizor is a more effective Choice Bander than Metagross in Ubers? I mean, the STAB U-turn is devasting in a Psychic/Dark tier...

Thanks!

It can only happen by coincidence, I'm afraid. There is no trick to easily get shinies save for D/P/P's Pokeradar. Well, there is RNG abuse in Emerald and D/P/P, but I've never understood it, nor do I care to.

Yes it is. Since Scizors Bug-typed STAB'ed moves are super-effective against half of all Uber Pokemon(Psychic-, and Dark-types), it is a lot better then Metagross
