Your Target time is listed on the RNG Reporter... Just make sure you have your Calibrated Seconds in or else it will give you different time/dates
its wierd how you only hit odd delays while i only hit even ones. ;) also, i don't understand how your seconds could vary so widely. one of them is 24 and another one is 20. that doesn't seem possible unless you screwed up and sr'ed 4 seconds later that time. as for the delays, if 595 is what you get when you mash a as fast as you can, than use that. i wouldn't stop calibrating until you a repeated seconds starts appearing. you are synchronizing with a clock and then sring exactly one minute after right?
I'd be inclined to think its Method K like any other stationary encounter. But if your unsure just catch and SR 5-10 with a sync and if its biased toward your sync nature then its definately Method K.
I have a question:
im trying to egg RNG. In the guide it says to catch a pokemon and figure out your seed. But when I catch a pokemon near solaceon it says that there are too many results. So here is the question do I need to just rare candy that poke or I need to fly where lvl 50 pokemon live?

you can fly to another area but do it quickly or the RNG may have advanced too many frames to find your seed

Heres my seconds and delay range results. (yeah, I just finished calibration xD)
Now, what should be my seconds and delay range?

lets say its frame I want it in is 945 (I currently cant find the calm frame I found yesterday.
Its 945 -5 -0 = 940 /2 = 470 flips ?

I don't understand something.
When I wanna get my Modest Egg PID for my piplup I do the following:
1) Remove parents from daycare and get a 5 poke party (parents included).
2) Fly to Resort Area.
3) Save with the App 5 (Poke List) in front of the lake where you catch high leveled magikarp.
4) Reset and basically get my seed by catching a magikarp. :P
5) Do the taps and flips (taps first). I leave the coin app selected until I leave the parents at daycare.
6) I hatch the egg. It has the wrong nature.
WTF is wrong! I know it's not SID/ID problems since it used to work, but not now. I'm sure I do the right taps/flips, is it because I leave the coin flip app open when I enter the daycare?
Also, when I did it for shininess it DID work :S.

I really want to figure this out (on Spring Break after all). Can someone help? I don't have access to savestate, etc., so I only have an AR and no codes for HGSS as well.

Not possible without Savestates. Not possible without an Emulator at all.
Several things can be wrong
1. Having the wrong date and time could affect the process. Be sure to check date and time. Even if the date or time is wrong, the rngreporter will work sometimes but give you the wrong frame which mess up the process.
2. During the happiness tap, did you accidently went to another poketech app?
Just try again and see if you get the right egg. If you dont please post again and post what the rngreporter said the taps should be.
your seconds are 33 but you need to do this process alot more(do it 10 more time) inorder for anyone to give your an accurate delay

Which pokemon can be RNG'd in HGSS so far? I saw earlier that starters couldnt be RNG'd yet but guys like sudowoodo could.

It's very hard to tell as this is a very wide range.And those are the highest delays i've ever seen.
I think you should try again.Also try reseting at the begining of a minute as it seems that you reset after 20 seconds have passed.
