Which pokemon can be RNG'd in HGSS so far? I saw earlier that starters couldnt be RNG'd yet but guys like sudowoodo could.
How did you do that?I RNG'd my starter, so that's wrong.
Savestate as in Emulator saves and is there a guide to it?Using savestates, and the NPC movements from New Bark Town. The secret is saving outside of Elm's lab, and reset from there until you hit your seed.
I'm trying to RNG my ID/SID on my new HeartGold, and have a few questions. I believe that if I DON'T hit my seed, I use the right column of Pandora's Box to see what seed I did get (and to adjust my timing accordingly), correct? If so, regarding that right-hand column, would "Minute" be the minutes on the DS clock when I SR or when I dismiss Oak's "I'll see you later" message?
No, but it makes things a bit easier. Imagine if you only hit the odds from 621-629. That's 5 possibilities. Now imagine if you hit both evens and odds in that same range. That's 9 possibilities in the same delay range. If you get both evens and odds, you might want to make sure your delay range isn't very large.Do I really have to have pure odd/pure even delay range?
Well, logically, if you have twice the options, you want half the target range. Make sense? How large should be the difference between the 1st range to the 2nd?
Is there any central location to find info. on manipulating HGSS RNG? Can anyone point me to a thread...?
this has a good chunk of information on the subjectBottom of last page.
Also, does anyone have an AR code for IVs in HGSS? If I end up not being able to RNG my starter, I'd like to be able to get decent IVs at least and a code to see them would be nice.

Is there a newer version of the ID/SID finder? Mine won't work with the seed finder for whatever reason, which i need since I don't have an SID check code. Please reply soon, since I would like to start playing soon.
