It was, I just downloaded and installed Java version 6 Update 19 and its running fine now :)
yeah minimum requierement is jre 1.5

btw for the roamer verifier:
It is fine to have one roamer out, you don't need both.
So if you caught your Raikou don't worry you can still use Entei for verifying or the other way around.

Edit: I think I finally resolved what the Current Seed Finder has to do with the Entry Boxes for the Route.
I'll make a Manual for the Seed Verifier later.
 
ok, I'm in elm's lab trying to abuse 1 of the starters.
Is it metod 1 right? so I want a modest 31/31/31/31/31/31 cyndaquil on frame 114
the seed is: 52140289

how do I hit that seed?
are there any NPC in the lab?

No Npcs are in the lab you have to save outside and watch the Npc movements. Good luck it's really hard

Forget about such a frames if is the latter two. Yes they are.

Ah here guys How to use Seed Verifier

I noticed that I have a small bug about the font, I might fix this but as mingot said he wants to implement this feature in RNG Reporter anyways, I'm not sure there is a need, but we'll see.
For time being I'm pretty sure this will do.
 
well here are the initial frame for Oak's starters odd enough they appear on the same frame

Bulbasaur: frame 5
Charmander: frame 5
Squirtle: frame 5

there is only one NPC that moves in the lab and his movements are very spontaneous so keep an eye on him and try not to let him move too much since in one turn he advanced by 2 then he turned again and it advanced by 1 so he is most likely not consistent. This was done with no roamers out as I fainted raikou and didn't release latias.
well in case anyone wanted to see it and further confirmation concerning these initial frames since i just finished successfully RNGing a starter myself, also when you click on the pokeball, if you RNG for a shiny one, the image shown will NOT be shiny you can only check if its shiny by looking at it in your party after oak gives it to you unlike the johto starters.
 
when softresesting for a shiny egg in HGSS using the timefinder with the HGSS box checked, do i put the parents in after i've started the game and advanced the frame or do i put the parents in first then softreset and advance the frames?
 
Ok, I just don't find a suitable seed for a timid flawless lugia. All the seeds I found had:
a) a delay, that can't be 493 because the NDS only knows the year 2099 -_-"
b) a frame of 1090 or something, but is it really necessary to click the radio 1090 times? '__' I dont think so, because I found a lot of spreads with a frame of 80 or 90 ...

So would someone be so nice and tell me their seed? I finally want to get this Lugia, lol :s No Shiny, timid and flawless, if possible (atk can be a random iv...).

Hopefully, i get this done then, lol

Just use PokeRNG.
And the higher the delay the lower the frame and the other way around (normally)
You can't have both:P

For (Lugia/Ho-Oh) RNGing in calm radio areas(confirmed!)

Calling Prof Elm will advance your Frame constantly +1.

gameman87 was the first who reported this, some others confirmed(sorry for forgetting names), and I just tested it a couple of minutes ago and it actually does advance your frame, so I'm confirming too.

How exactly do you plan on advancing the frame? (I ask because there is no coin flip application or happiness checker and you can't advance the frame without getting an egg ...)
 
Yes, but if you are going to lock your emulator to be fixed on the delay you need to hit, and be able to see the frames, so you can be sure to hit your frame too, you're basically not RNG abusing. You are just pokesaving from inside the game. INHO, that sux. You are not using the Random Number Generator, you are manipulating the Random Number Generator, and removing any randomness from it.

Not really, when you save the game in place where rng is not moved by default ( no moving npcs ), all you will achieve is exact initial seed. That DOES NOT remove randomness from rng as rng by itself IS NOT LOCKED/FROZEN at all. Furthermore even in normal gameplay (not when you start new game, as in this case IRNG is used for SID/TID) after pressing continue on start game screen both IRNG and PRNG are not used, they are just seeded based on time, date and delay. So if you lock time, date n delay just before pressing continue, and remove freeze just after game starts you get your required seed in both RNGs just like you would in normal game (they are not used at that point in both cases, whether you would freeze anything or not). You get required initial seed but not influence working of any rng in short (and they WILL move forward in the game whenever game normally forwards them! so how is that removing randomness? it is as random as pokemon rng is random, with only difference it starts from value we would like to have). That of course means it wont work well in places where rng is moved by itself. I agree freezing rng itself sux tho.

i guess i don't know how, do i just have to keep hatching eggs until i get the right one? if so, how do i know which egg to save on?

Well you dont exactly have to hatch them you just have to have an Egg generated, after its generated you dont even have to take it you can just have him keep it and toss it
But the RNG Reporter will tell you your egg frame
It will say something like frame "3"
Now the THIRD egg will be shiny so you would toss two eggs and the third egg that is generated you would save and and it will be shiny :)

It works 100%, Nexus is using it and he confirmed me many times that it actually works perfect, I just didn't manage to do it myself as the preparations are time consuming for it(If you start a new game actually)
As it MIGHT be that you actually need 16 Badges for it or been in Kanto.
mingot said he got the message at Mt Mortar but I had no opportunity to test it yet.
 
when abusing using the pokeradar, if you have a shiny spread you want to use, but you use it and walk into a non-shiny patch of pokeradar grass, will the pokemon be shiny or not?

the pokemon will be shiny when you walk into the patch assuming you did all your advances correctly and landed on the right frame

Seed Verifier 0.2 English

Changelog 0.2:
- Increased the Seed Field in order to make it easier actually fill in Seeds
- Changed Font to "Arial" in order to make it look at nearly 99% of all computers the same
- Widened the Text and Button Boxes so it actually is now "Start" and "Delete" and by changing order
still "Entei and Raikou"
- Moved the Result Panel a bit to the right so it won't be in the way of the Current Seed Searcher

I figured. Although this makes things harder it is still possible RNG all legends (and Sudowood) taken into account
that they all do respawn after beating E4.
But the Roamer Verifying Method works also 100% I tested it excessively and no failures there.
