Choice scarf

Besides that, Flygon appreciates it if bulkier Pokemon are eliminated from the field as this set lacks to power to muscle through them.

bolded should be replaced with 'the'

Edit: found another typo:
life orb, physical

Outrage is usable on this set, but this Flygon is designed to stay in for several terms so being locked in can be a vulnerability to it, thus Dragon Claw is the primary option

bolded should be changed to 'turns'

counters

You probably saw it coming: Celebi's #1 counters pack Pursuit. Tyranitar and Weavile have been mentioned before: both of them have great Attack scores and get STAB on Pursuit. Tyranitar may be weak to Grass Knot, but his Special Defense boost in Sandstorm almost negates that. However, switching Tyranitar in is easier said than done, since Tyranitar is 2HKOed by Grass Knot after Stealth Rock damage. Tyranitar also needs to be holding a Choice Band or Life Orb, and pack the move Payback (which almost no Tyranitar runs) in order to guarantee an OHKO on defensive Celebi. Weavile can switch into Grass Knot, but must be wary of Thunder Wave, Reflect, Leech Seed, and Hidden Power Fire.

smogon serial comma etc.

Double status

Hypnosis can help shut down many of Gallade’s common switch-ins, such as Celebi, or even non-Sleep Talk Spiritomb or Cresselia. However, 60% accuracy is rather risky, so one should be sure when to use it, for a miss could be costly. Gallade’s high Special Defense may often draw in physical attackers, who will definitely not appreciated Will-O-Wisp.

Bold should be 'appreciate'

Zap Cannon is an uncanny but surprisingly effective move on Forretress - a decent 83% accuracy in Gravity as well as a guaranteed paralysis chance (if it hits) really helps slow sweepers such as Rhyperior smash through teams.

I believe you're referring to this sentence about Zap Cannon. It's not actually saying that Zap Cannon is helpful to deal with Rhyperior, it's the paralysis chance that Zap Cannon provides that helps slow sweepers like Rhyperior sweep more effectively. I think you just misunderstood the sentence.

The paragraph in the Wailmer analysis lists Hydro Pump's accuracy to be 85%, when it is indeed 80%.

Water Spout can OHKO many of the fragile Pokemon in Little Cup, and will usually be the attack of choice for Wailmer. However, Stealth Rock, priority, and opponents attacking can really eat up a lot of Wailmer's HP. Surf or Hydro Pump is therefore used as the second attack, ensuring that Wailmer will continue to hit hard even after its HP is low. Hydro Pump has plenty of power, but also has an accuracy of 85%. In such a fast paced metagame, accuracy can make all the difference. If you choose Surf, you do lose a lot of power, but you have perfect accuracy; the choice comes down to preference. Ice Beam allows Wailmer to take out Paras (who boasts an immunity to Water-type attacks) but it can also hurt other Grass-types, such as Treecko. In the last slot, Hidden Power Electric can be used to hit Mantyke, who is immune to Water attacks, and other Water-types. Hidden Power Ground can be used to try and KO Croagunk, who also has an immunity to Water Spout, and Chinchou. However, Hidden Power Ground does leave Wailmer helpless against Gligar, who can take that opportunity to set up. Selfdestruct is a great way to finish off a Wailmer counter, especially if Wailmer has taken too much damage and can't effectively use Water Spout any longer. However, if you are going to run Selfdestruct, move the HP EVs into Attack and go with a Hasty nature.

The Giratina analysis page (http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/giratina):

Roar also allows Giratina to act as a good phazer and can be used over Will-O-Wisp if your team relies heavily of Toxic Spikes, because then Giratina could not burn as many opponents.

Should be "on".

This part is awkward too:

Thanks to Scizor's Dragon-type resistance, it can easily switch on Dialga's, Palkia's, Giratina-O's, Garchomp, and Rayquaza's Dragon-type attacks as well, provided they aren't holding a Choice item that boosts attack power. (Do not switch into them if they are not holding Choice items however or you will likely get roasted with the exception of Giratina-O or if the said Dragon-types are locked into Outrage.) Another good partner for Giratina is Jirachi, since it can take any Dragon- or Ice-type attacks aimed at Giratina and can cripple threats such as Calm Mind Mewtwo, Calm Mind Kyogre, Latias, and Latios with Toxic, hampering their ability to set up on Giratina effectively.

I'd suggest rewriting to "if they are not holding Choice items or locked into Outrage however, do not switch into them or you will likely get roasted (unless it is Giratina-O)".

Being incredibly pedantic here I know but in Aggron's analysis, third paragraph last line of team options:

Altaria is also a great partner since it is the only Pokémon with resistances to every one of Aggron's weaknesses.

This is discounting Exeggutor, Jumpluff, Mantine, Parasect, Pelipper, Shedinja, Tropius, and Wormadam Plant form. The first two see enough play for this to be more than just a purely pedantic post. I'd fix it myself but I'm having some computer problems, sorry.

Thanks LR, changed that.

Small error that someone else found but brought to my attention:

http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/rotom

SubCharge, fourth paragraph.

Even though this may be one of Rotom’s best offensive sets that can beat its common switch-ins, it still has two problems: Ground-types and Pokemon that are faster than it. Ground-type Pokemon can switch in on Charge Beam fearlessly, meaning Rotom achieves no Special Attack boosts, which leaves it relatively weak. Steelix and Quagsire are both prime examples of this situation. Steelix boasts an immunity to Electric attacks, resistance to Shadow Ball, and is never 2HKOed by an unboosted Hidden Power Fighting. It can can then hurt Rotom badly with Stone Edge. Quagsire works the same way, except it takes no super effective hits, allowing it to finish off Rotom with repeated Waterfall attacks or setting up multiple Curses. Rotom may become a big threat with a couple of Charge Beam boosts, but it can still be easily revenge-killed by faster threats, like Houndoom and Mismagius, because of its mediocre defenses. To deal with these two threats, Hariyama and Drapion are excellent choices. Houndoom hates being face to face with Hariyama because of its resistance to Dark- and Fire-type attacks (due to Hariyama’s Thick Fat ability), allowing it to scare off Houndoom with a powerful STAB Fighting-type move. As for Mismagius, Drapion makes a great Pokemon to use against it with its resistance to Shadow Ball and neutrality to Hidden Power Fighting and Thunderbolt, allowing it to eliminate Mismagius from the remainder of the battle with Pursuit.

The R/S description for Cloud Nine lists the move as Air Lock in its description.

Cloud Nine

While a Pokémon with Air Lock is in play, the effects of weather are temporarily disabled. Fire- and Water-type moves are at normal power in sun and rain, SolarBeam has 120 base power and requires a charging turn, Blizzard and Thunder have normal accuracy, and Pokémon do not take damage from either sandstorm or hail. The game will report that the weather is still going, and the weather's effects will return when the Pokémon with Air Lock switches out.

Fixed these two.
