when you lose to magikarp you know its better to quit being a pokemon trainer. i am not joking. also charizard lost on the first pokemon(dusclops), just-for-the-fans or not that was pathetic(he used seismic toss on that same GHOST pokemon).

he learn something for 2 minutes then forget and start to ask himself what he ate that morning.

Said Magikarp was specifically used by the B Button league, and called "The Strongest Magikarp" (also the most Beautiful Feebas but it just kind of...swam)

The entire point of it was that it was absurdly strong, without evolving into a Gyarados.

They probably showed Charizard losing first thing because up to that point it was always Ash's strongest Pokemon. Allowing his "strongest" to faint allowed the others to get the spotlight, as well as show that Brandon was srs bsns without his legendary golems

the strongest magikarp is still a magikarp, and magikarp is the most pathetic pokemon in the entire freaking world. no excuses, ash pikachu lost to a MAGIKARP! ash lost to magikarp!

if charizard is ash strongest pokemon then i dont want to know who is the weakest.

lol Ash already has a pseudo-legend pre-evo, with his Gible. But yeah really, he needs to take him along to Isshu; it'd be such a waste if he didn't. Will he be Gen 5's Aipom-stowaway?

Well in the japanese episodes hes in the Sinnoh Champion Leage with Heracross,Pikachu,Staraptor,and Quilava.

but he could take it to Isshu,or at least I hope so. Hes recently caught and doesnt fully know Draco Meteor so I think he will.

The point ->

you ->

the point is that doesnt matter how or from where you look a the situation, lose to a magikarp while using your main pokemon is pathetic(and i am not even trying to sound like a jerk here) and an proof you should just give up being a trainer(that magikarp didnt even setup anything, it was all at +0).

retarded anime logic and characters aside i wonder how many triples battle we are gonna find on BW. not only that but moves like explosion too, how many power will they lose? so many stuff we will only find out when the games come out....

Um...Ononokusu is the "Mantis", as Serebii put it. A giant reptilian Pokemon in a tasteful shade of Chernobyl green. That new pokemon looks slightly mammalian, hence the comparisons to Kangaskhan, and its drab brown colour scheme. Also, ignoring the fan art posted slightly earlier, the game sprite of Ononokusu doesn't have the prominent horn of its 'prevo' - it doesn't seem to have much of a head even, aside from the bloodied blades.

I don't really understand the comparison...is everybody else seeing...something I'm not?

I don't see what the problem is...

also, there are several similarities that relate the Pokemon in question to Ononokusu

1) the neck has a thing around it, which is a similar colour to Ononokusu's armour, and it even comes to a point in the front like Ononokusu's armour.

2) it seems to have tusks, just like Ononokusu.

3) the spike on the back of the head relates to the spikes that go down Ononokusu's spine, albeit they are now covered in armour. they could have shifted after evolution.

4) this Pokemon is brown, while Ononokusu is grey. while the colours are different, they certainly are more similar then several other evolutions colours (Flaffy is blue, while Ampharos is yellow). it's perfectly reasonable to assume the brown darken to grey during, I'm assuming two, evolutions.

I'm not saying it IS Ononkusu's prevo, but the similarities are there.

It had huge advantage in the water and that Tackle was magically Swords Danced thrice and Critical'd.

This definatley makes sense to me now,I definatley think its the psuedo's primary evolution,I think it is going to be able to be found in the desert,like Trapinch.

by the way, how early do they usually reveal a gen's pseudo legendary? are they normally revealed before the games are out? because I'm personally hoping Ononokusu is just a super bad ass normal Pokemon (or, even better, that there are multiple pseudos).

@ T-Major I don't think they have ever revealed a pseudo before the games release. If this is just a badass poke and not this gen's pseudo I can't wait to see what the actual pseudo is.

Tyranitar's artwork was shown before the release of GS. Back when it was still going to be called "Pokemon 2", I believe.

But there was no context, so I guess it didn't matter overmuch.

whatever it is, I hope it doesn't have a pupa stage like Tyranitar and Salamence. I always found those weird...

a mammalian psudo would be cool, I think. everything so far is dragon like or... whatever Metagross is.

Plusle (+), Minun (-) and Neuten (=). What? Can't I use my imagination. Although Gear probably fills this spot.

I think he meant triplets for triple battles, like how we fought Tate and Liza in RSE for doubles. There is also the twins in HGSS you fight before Ecruteak, etc.

That would be absolutely amazing to me. That pokemon COULD not be the pseudo, just a cool-looking with some stats that are nothing to laugh at. And man, the pseudo could be even cooler!

It would be cool if you could get Nueten by breeding a male Minun and a Femal Plusle with a special item,I alwayd loved those two.

That would be cool, and decently scientific. The Nueten could evolve into either Plusle or Minun because of a certain stat like Tyrogue, or would that go against the random PID thing Plusle and Minun have?

Regardless, if they made Nueten a baby form of Plusle and Minun, an evolution would make it so people don't hate on it as much as they do Chingling and Chimecho.

Best idea ever,and mabye if Chimecho got a cool evo that was a good Spec.Attaker
