So Salamence is banned for this round too right?
I don't think it should be banned for the remainder of this tournament. I didn't use Salamence due to the sole purpose of saving it for later rounds. Many people did the same and lost many other Pokemon and even got eliminated because of that. If you're removing Salamence as a choice for us to use in the later rounds, then you're destroying the tournament structure. This isn't an ordinary standard OU tournament when restrictions have already been placed against players. Would be unfair to everyone that hasn't lost Salamence.

Alot of us did the opposite and deliberately used it early so that we had a free pokemon and were under the impression that if they didn't use it early they couldn't use it at all.
I already said in the first thread when someone else asked me; Salamence is legal for the entire tournament.
