I'm trying to abuse Raikou and just want to check I understand fully. The frame I want is 267. Raikou is generated on frame 1 however because I have the other two roamers out this will cause my starting frame to be 3 and therefore I need to advance the frame 264 times. Is this correct?

The Pikatimer delay for me is normally the real delay + 50. If you hit an adjacent seed to your target you can then adjust accordingly. Once you know how to use Pikatimer you can pretty much hit any delay you like.

I've met the prerequisites, I even killed off all roamers. For the whole day I've been trying to land on the delay with corresponding Elm calls but I get matched elm calls sometimes, and I have a delay of +- 20 and +- 5 seconds. The odd/even box is left unchecked, don't know what to do with that. So can anyone help me out? A more direct chat (chatroom/AIM) would help a lot, this is my second day attempt at RNGing (0 successes ): )
Initial Seed I'm going for d2140289. Frame 71. Date: 7/27/2010. Time 20:01:20. Delay 639. Using Pikatimer 2.0, PokeRNGDP, RNGReporter 8.3. Trying to get an all 31 IV nonshiny Timid Mewtwo. Using a fainted itemless Timid Synchronize Natu, and if it matters, followed by a Magneton with leftovers using Magnet Pull ability.
lol d2140289 is the seed everyone goes for their first time RNGing. its a good idea to check the odd/even box since you can either get one or the other depending on whether you have a 3rd gen game in the GBA slot. i like to use +-98 delays and +-0 seconds it'll make search elm easier.
for the shiny egg just find one with a frame of 1 it's much easier. if you're going for iv's then 10-18 is a good number, you'll need to call elm to advance by that many frames

It means that your 14th egg will be shiny. There are two ways you can get that egg..you can either collect the first 13 eggs and then save before your 14th one (If you want to abuse for IV's too) or as long as its not monday during the day (when he want to rebattle) you can call youngster joey. Calling him advances the frame frame by two each time so you will want to call him 6 times, which advances your frame 12 times because you always start on frame 1 it means after the calls you will be on frame 13 so will still need to collect 1 egg before saving for the next egg which will be the shiny one. In future you should aim for odd numbered frames so you can just advance it too the one you want without having to collect extra eggs. Hope this helps.

Yip that sounds correct to me. Then cross your fingers that it hatches shiny :)
Also save before you collect it if you wish to abuse for IV's once you confirm it is shiny. The only problem with saving before collecting is that if its not shiny you will have to start all over again with depositing the parents and so on.
Yeah, I was planning do to that. I still have trouble on hitting my delay, but I'll work hard on that :P
I adjusted the delays and second +- according to what you suggested, and I even check the odd/even box. I've a Megaman Battle Network game in slot 2 if it matters. And after those adjustments, I am unable to get any match elm calls at all as oppose to a few with my previous settings. Really lost here...

I used JavaRNG to find this spread, I then went into RNG reporter's Seed Finder, hit open, entered the spread and correct nature, and it gave me my seed. I took note of what seed I picked, entered that into the Seed to Time function, slected HG/SS and put it 50 seconds. I set my DS to the correct time and date (1 minute before) and then entered the information into Pika Timer. I created a timer, but was inaccurate, so entered an "other delay" and got my Elm calls all correct on the 1st try after. This Zapdos is the one right outside the powerplant. Raikou, Entei, and Latias have all been killed.
So, instead of getting Bold, I got Adamant. Any idea what the problem could be?

In Diamond rng catching, when sweet scenting, does it use method J and what frame does it start on if you only have a Mesprit roaming.
Any tips on hitting my seed when breeding flawless in Platinum? I always hit two specific delays but never the one I want and sometimes I get a random IV spread that doesn't show up in the adjacent results.
Try using the Pikatimer. It helps hit delays much more easily. You can also try a metronome, but I have had better results with Pikatimer.
I guess but how? I've only used it for HGSS legends. (Which I also fail at RNG)
You enter the Delay that you calibrated, the Delay you're going for, your seconds that you calibrated, and the seconds you're going for, and generate the time. And then do the regular way you RNG abuse. except when the first clock hits 0, you have to start the game from teh DS menu, or reset the game when your in the game world. When the second clock hits 0 seconds, you enter the game world by pressing continue. All of this is in the OP.
Does your computer need anything special or something to download pikatimer cause I can't seem to download it. Have no problems with rng reporter or anything else though. Also still need an answer to this please.

Thing is I use AR.
Damn either emloop is not working for me or Platinum really hates flawless spreads. (Last time every time I hit the delay, I would be one frame over but when I hit other delays, the frame is right.) This time I have no clue.
When the first timer hits 0, then you hit the start button on the AR.
