Final nail in coffin (hurr):

Desukan's sprite is asymmetrical. That picture is symmetrical.

EDIT: On closer inspection, it's not, but it's a damn god fake regardless.

Although someone could have just cleaned it up with Photoshop and that could lead it to looking fake, but thats just something I want to believe ):
 
Well hopefully we'll get a Chimecho evolution regardless~

Oh, right, there was one other thing I forgot to mention

Viktini is a legendary Pokemon. An event legendary.

No way it would just get a corner of a page full of normal Pokemon and not (AT LEAST) a half page devoted to it.
 
No, you would say Lairon/ Aggron to Rhyorn/Rhydon, and I would say "What is a stale recycled design!"

Aggron's not totally unoriginal though. I'd say Feebass to Magikarp is a worse knockoff.
 
Except Feebas/Magikarp are counter parts so it's OK that they look similar imo. Especially when they evolve into something so drastically different.
 
WOW im stunned. those where the best fakes i have ever seen to fool me...

now i can breathe in relief....still hopes for a donphan evo :X
 
I like the new caterpillar, but of all the bugs that could be made into pokemon, you'd think the first thing GF would think of is a simple ant. The first thing that comes to my mind when anyone says "bug" is an ant, anyway. I just find it strange.
Cool idea: they could make a fire ant with a Fire/Bug typing and some kind of warrior design or something, and a good physical movepool. That would be kewl...

all unconfirmed and a bit strange but seeing how things have been going i wouldn't doubt it.

Just saying that in the videos Ive seen so far,there is a almost 99.99 chace that there is a Bug gym,or did we forget the Huin city gym with the Honey combs

Second final nail just to be sure: What the hell is Chimecho's name supposed to be. That "ka" should be a "ki", otherwise it doesn't make sense for the "ya" to be that small...

I know yaminokame has pointed out several Japanese errors already but this one was so painfully "obvious" I had to make a post about it.



...And god only now I understood Chimecho2's design, aaaaa can't unsee

When I saw it at first, I thought it didn't have a mouth; its body would be like a bell (orly), but with an opening on the upper part from where you could see part of its head+wings.


And then I saw the higher quality scan and realized the middle red stripe had two hands, and that the thing had a mouth with the wings on each side... And then the evo suddenly got fat, goofy and creepy to me. Argh.
