it dpes have a rocket grunt style, but is a bit darker tough rocket grunt's was like all dark-happy, great work tough

It's very good the way it is but the focus of the picture seems to be on the pagoda and the dragonair's presence just seems too subtle. I just think having another dragon Pokemon as the main focus of the picture would fit in with the criteria of the contest more.
 
Well that's not necessarily true. The contest states that you need to draw a Dragon type pokemon in the Dragon's Den setting. Now, one might assume that this means that the pokemon is the center of the piece, but the description seems vague enough that a drawing centered on the cave itself could still fit the criteria. I actually like how the pokemon was understated, giving it that sort of mystical elusiveness that Dragon types are suppose to portray. But that's just my opinion :P
 
I LOOOOVVEEE the Dragon's Den picture. Sooooo much. The Dratini was placed ever so craftily, I love it! I'm worried, though, that the other judges might take off points in the Theme Execution category though because the Dragon Pokemon is very subtle, I almost didn't notice it at first. I won't take off points, but I can't dictate to the other judges what they ought to score you. I think it would be good if you added another dragon Pokemon somewhere in the image. It doesn't have to be in the center, or even very big, just noticeable. Still, you did suuuuch a fantastic job on the piece! Good luck in the contest (:
